We had an incredible stay at this spacious riverfront house! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking waterfall right on the property—it felt like something out of a movie. The house itself had plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind, and the sports barn setup was a huge hit with my family. Seeing the old mill on-site was also a unique and memorable touch. This place truly offers a perfect mix of natural beauty, history, and comfort. Highly recommend!

This was our third stay at Sami's place. Their place is well located, clean, in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is lovely. Lots of space. Comfy beds. Very clean. The little "extras" of drinks in the fridge, tea and coffee, make settling in easy. We stay here with a small child and it's just great for a family, lots of room.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

Jeff’s place was great for our stay with a 2 year old and 5 year old. Lots of toys and things to explore. The place is lovely and well furnished with everything you need and Jeff was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The only thing that we noticed was missing was curtains, but it wasn’t an issue for us, as the sun rose after our kids did. Something to keep in mind in case you have a crew more sensitive to light.

I was taken aback at the attention to detail with the actual amenities that are available from staples in the kitchen, cooking utensils, loaded utility closets, utility drawers (flashlights, batteries, duct tape) bathroom essentials, laundry, sewing kit, lint rollers, EVERYTHING! I stayed three weeks and cooked full meals, was thrilled to have a dishwasher and dining table. I enjoyed a thoroughly comfortable stay in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Would love to stay again in the summer so I could use the grill! Thank you Dana!

It was great returning to Lynden's place. It was a good as we remembered. Love the off street parking and the access to the dog park. Easy to get Ubers if you don't want to drive in to town. Easy to access.

This apartment was spotless! I stay at a lot of AirBNBs and Bryan's place stands out with how clean it was. Beds are comfortable. Towels were fluffy! The water pressure in the shower was great. The appliances are all brand new and meticulously maintained. We hope to stay there in the fall again when my sisters and I come back for another quilt retreat.

Loved this place! Location was excellent and super close to Morrison’s and Cooke’s which was great for us. My mom & I were in Kingston to visit family and friends. It was my mom’s first stay in an AirBnB and she was very impressed. She kept saying how classy the apartment was. Sol checked me in - he was super friendly and gave me excellent instructions. Apartment immaculate and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was cute and comfortable. It was very clean. The candle lit in the bathroom made the place smell cozy and welcoming. If I am in Perth again I would stay here.

We had a lovely three night stay at this adorable apartment. Perfect spot to walk around, things to do, great parking situation. The interior was just as lovely with a big bed. Will absolutely be returning!

Lovely folks and great place to stay.

We had an excellent stay. The area feels safe and within walking distance to a local park, which was helpful when walking our dog. Even though we were sharing a house, the place felt secure, safe and private. Really appreciated the coffee, tea and snacks that were provided. Highly recommend.

Great location right by Queens. Clean and comfortable apartment. The fire escape stairs may not be for everyone but we managed.

We booked this location as it is very close the Kingston hospital where my parent was getting treatments. About 6 minutes away and also very close to downtown. All in all a good stay!
