Modern and family friendly cabin

This is a modern cabin from 2022, with good sunny conditions. The area is a great arena for skiing in the winter, with slopes on either side of the cabin. People work there to make sure the slopes are in top condition. In the summer there are a lot of places to go hiking, with 10 mountain tops nearby. There are also a lot of activites nearby (15-20 min drive - nearby Evje) where you can go to an amusement park, look at minerales and drive Go-kart. The cabin is a great place for relaxation.

Moderne, romslig hytte i lite hyttefelt, ved innsjø for bading og fisking. Kano inkludert. Flere terrasser der sola nytes fra tidlig morgen til sent på kveld. Grill og bålplass. 10 min kjøring til matbutikk og bensinstasjon. En drøy times kjøring fra ferjeterminal Kristiansand og Dyreparken. 25 min kjøring til Evje hvor det finnes flere butikker og spisesteder, gokart, rafing, mineralpark og fiskemuligheter. Fine turmuligheter i nærområdet. Vertene snakker norsk, engelsk, tysk og nederlandsk.

High standard! Fantastic view. Fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, games, highchair, cot and fire pans. In the summer: gas grill, trampoline, rowing boat, canoe and sup boards. Wood stove and a heat pump. 4 good bedrooms, large living room, office space and fantastic patio. Fishing water with trout. small beach nearby. Dogs are only allowed when agreed in advance Bed linen, towels, electricity and water are included in the price. Possibility of electric car charging (extra cost).

Strap on your skis and head straight out onto the cross-country tracks. Walking, swimming, fishing, picking berries, mushrooms - everything is right outside. Big rental house in Gautestad

A peaceful, large house right by the lake of Høvringen in Norway. The house hosts a private beach, perfect for fishing, swimming and a row around the lake. The house comes with a lot of beds, and a small sleeping loft, perfect for big groups. Towels and sheets are NOT included. Stores are located about 20-25 minutes away by car, in the small city of Evje. A small gym is available in the annex next to the house, free to use during your stay. The hot tub is available Easter to mid October.

Lauvtjønnhytta

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. Vei helt frem. Hytta med anneks ligger alene i skogen ved ett lite vann. Her er det helt stille og kun naturens lyder du hører. Fine tur og sykkel muligheter rett utenfor døren. Badeplassen er 10m fra hytteveggen. Annekset har 2 senger og vedovn og utsikt rett ut på vannet og naturen rundt. Hytten er ett gammelt restaurert skogshusvær med atmosfære. Her er det bare å åpne dørene så kommer naturen inn i stuen.

Nydelig natur, fiske og ski

Flott plass med nydelig natur rett utenfor døra. Flotte skiløyper vinterstid. Her kan man gå fjellturer i merka løyper eller ha en dag på vannet for å se om fiskelykken er der. Barna kan bade fra stupebrett eller fra strandområde som ligger kun minutters gange fra hytta. Tilgang til båt. 2 mil til Mykland hvor det er butikk. Hytten er godt utstyrt med alle fasiliteter som vann, toalett,dusj og strøm. Ellers skal det meste man trenger for en liten ferie være på plass.

Small cabin, 52 sqm, sunside terrace exposed to sun all day. Wide view over lake Høvringen. 30 m from parking, but hidden from the road. Old-fashioned, simple, but good cabin standard: indoor biological toilet, cold tap water in kitchen, electric stove for cooking, cooler and freezer. Wood stove and electric oil stove for heating. Personal atmosphere, with relativelhy old, well-kept furniture. Lovely bird-singing around.

Wir hatten schöne Tage in der Unterkunft. Leider waren zu dem Zeitpunkt Bauarbeiten an der Straße hinter dem Haus.Dies wurde uns aber von Alexandra im Voraus mitgeteilt. Die Unterkunft ist einfach gehalten. Trotz einer Straße in der Nähe ist es sehr ruhig. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wohl wieder hin fahren.

At the last short stop on our tour through Norway, Josefas house was super located to Kristiansand. The house has a beautiful garden and the landscape invites to explore the forest. Josefas communication was excellent and she helped whenever necessary. We can recommend it for all families.

Flott, velholdt, sjarmerende og usjenert liten hytte i naturskjønne og rolige omgivelser! Alt stemte godt med beskrivelsen og stedet stod absolutt til forventningene. Hytten var meget ren og ryddig da vi ankom, og vi følte oss hjemme der med en gang! God kommunikasjon med raske og utfyllende svar fra husverten både i forkant av og under oppholdet. En koselig hytte med trivelig og hjelpsom husvert. Et sted som vi mer enn gjerne besøker igjen! 🥰

A peaceful place. Be careful to read the instructions because the electricity is not included in the rental price. I think Christoffer should set a supplement included in the rental price for this. On the other hand, the accommodation was very pleasant and the host responsive.

Der Urlaub in Theas Hütte war wunderbar. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht, ist toll eingerichtet, gemütlich und hat ein schönes Grundstück. Es ist ruhig gelegen und mit wunderschöner Natur umgeben. Die Kommunikation mit Thea war perfekt. Sie ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Auch ohne fließendes Wasser ist alles leicht zu händeln. Zudem kann ein Boot für den See genutzt werden, was ebenfalls toll war. Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Hütte sehr empfehlen!
