There are well-maintained marked hiking trails around the cabin area, as well as a swimming beach. Great outfield for picking wild mushrooms and berries in late summer and autumn. Possibility to go fishing in the fjord where there are trout, char and perch.

The cabin is situated by itself with few neighbors. This is a perfect place for both relaxation and nature experiences. Nice swimming area and great fishing opportunities right below the cabin. In the vicinity of Gautestad and Høgås, there are many great marked hiking trails. Dogs are welcome.
