The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. With its loft-style design, it's a great place to unwind and relax. Our highlight: a heated pool that is used as a hot tub in winter – with panoramic views of the Alps and close to Graz. Whether it’s a getaway for relaxation or a city break, you’ll find everything your heart desires here. The living space offers 2+2 beds (including Comfortable sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is shared with Schmoltis Chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

Präbichl is in Semriach near Graz (not Eisenerz). The house is very quiet without artificial light nearby. Outdoor lighting available. Parking spot outside the house. No other guests Linens, towels, hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen there are cookware and cutlery, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, filter coffee pot, teapot, spices, oil, vinegar, bookcase with lots of games, even for kids. TV, radio Children up to the age of 12 have a 20% discount

Cycling and hiking trails start right outside the front door. The cultural highlights of Graz are a short drive.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment in the idyllic Mixnitz, Styria! This accommodation is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation in the nature. Mixnitz is also known for its hiking trails and natural attractions. The famous Bärenschützklamm, a paradise for hikers and nature lovers, is just a few minutes away. A special highlight is the nearby Teichalm, a popular excursion destination in the region.

The apartment consists of a double room, an additional walk-in room with 2 single beds, an anteroom, separate shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace leading to the garden. It is accessible via a staircase from the parking lot. Breakfast must be pre-ordered separately; it costs €12 per person. The local tax of €2.50 per person must be paid in cash on site.

Beautiful log cabin at the foot of the Schöckl. The views from the terrace are stunning. The house is located on the edge of the forest and is in a very quiet location. The summit cross of the Schöckl can be reached on foot in less than an hour. Ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers or people who simply want to enjoy the tranquility and a great view!
