Very clean and bright apartment in a great location.

Encore mieux que sur les photos! Grand appartement neuf absolument impeccable, décoration classieuse, installations de qualité, très bonne literie. A deux pas des sites touristiques et de boutiques de tous ordres. Petit problème pour garer la voiture (parking San Giusto pratique des prix prohibitifs 22€ les 12h j et nuit) mais Franz nous a proposé un plan de remplacement. Accueil personnalisé et très amical voire familial. Quel dommage que l'ascenseur ait été en panne! Franz a tout fait pour nous faire oublier cet inconvénient, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié ! Une excellente adresse!

Daniela is a wonderful host, welcoming, generous with tips and offers to help, and very responsive. She worked in publishing and the place is filled with books arranged very artistically. The location is perfect, just off the main pedestrian-only street in Trieste. For Janes Joyce fans, it is around the corner from the small, but fascinating Joyce/writers museum.

Federico ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Auf Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell reagiert und auch eine spontane Änderung der Ankunftszeit war kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell in der Fußgängerzone. In der Wohnung findet man zudem alles was man zum kochen etc. benötigt. Es war ein sehr schöner und gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür 😊

Nos encantó el apartamento, no solamente porque la ubicación fue mejorable, en pleno centro de Trieste, al lado de los principales puntos turísticos, el edificio es precioso, seguro, y además muy silencioso, por lo que descansamos de maravilla. Si viajas a Trieste, no dudes en quedarte en este lugar.

Das Apartment liegt zentral, war sehr sauber und wirkte wie neu. Parkgarage kann in 3-5 Minuten Gehzeit erreicht werden. Die Kommunikation war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Alle notwendigen Informationen wurden uns vorab super zur Verfügung gestellt, sodass Check-In und Check-Out reibungslos und einfach waren. Alles zusammengefasst ist dieses Apartment eines, das wir gerne wieder buchen.

We are family with 2 children so the apartment was suitable for us. We knew the location as this is not our first time in Trieste. The whole apartment is an open space , bedroom is not separated. The apartment is nicely furnished, looks new and clean. And I want to compliment the design of the place. For me it is ok for 2-3 days to sleep over, but I would find it difficult to stay longer as there is very dark inside due to its position on the ground floor and the windows that do exist are not getting much light surrounded by other buildings. Communication with host was clear and easy.

La comunicazione con Riccardo è stata sempre ottima e le risposte arrivavano subito. L'alloggio è comodo, nelle immediate vicinanze ad un supermercato e diversi posteggi auto gratuiti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Great house and location. Spacious and with garden in a very nice city and very homey and calm, a place to feel at home, close to the sea. Really enjoyed our presence. Would come back. Paola extremely helpful - in fact made our arrival possible at short notice. Ps really loved the paintings in the house.

Germana è un'ottima padrona di casa, veloce nelle comunicazioni, cordiale ed estremamente accogliente. Il BnB è pulito e confortevole e in un luogo molto tranquillo, silenzioso e riservato. Consiglio vivamente di trascorrere più di qualche giorno presso di lei!

Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Grado. Kurze Wege zum Meer und zum Hafen. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und die Wohnung war makellos sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Davide war unkompliziert, zügig und sehr freundlich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Bili smo jako zadovoljni smještajem, pogotovo djeca koju su dočekale igračke. Domaćini su nam izašli u susret i omogućili raniji ulazak u apartman. Sve je bilo super!

Super Ferienwohnung, in ruhiger und dennoch strandnaher Lage, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder etc. Perfekt für Familien.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

Es war in jeder Hinsicht der schönste Urlaub, den ich mit meiner Familie verbracht habe. Die Wohnung war komfortabel, sehr sauber und erfüllte alle Bedürfnisse, zusätzlich zu einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Auf dem wunderbaren Markt im Stadtzentrum von Karauli fühlen Sie sich anders und wunderbar. We had a great time at Adam's place! It was lovely with everything we needed and Adam was an amazingly helpful host with lots of suggestions and advice for us. One note is that the home does not have Wifi but sounds like that might happen in the future. The flat was right in the middle of town and we could see the lake, the mountains on both sides, etc - it was beautiful. We'd love to go back!

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

Abbiamo trovato Natasha e Samuele due splendide persone, vanno oltre le aspettative già dai primi contatti con Natasha; ti fanno sentire a casa con la loro accoglienza speciale e inattesa, anche con gesti e con doni di benvenuto inaspettati! Kit da bagno come nei resort, compreso di mascherine per dormire. Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio e di ottimo gusto, sopratutto la camera da letto/soggiorno con finestrone vista mare. Ma anche la cucina super accessoriata gode della stessa vista per poter fare colazione o pranzare. Perfetto per due persone. Siamo rimasti in contatto con Natasha e Samuele nei giorni di permanenza ricevendo preziosi consigli e informazioni relative a attività e luoghi di interesse nei dintorni. Sicuramente torneremo e consigliamo! E cmq Trieste è una splendida città e si mangia e beve molto bene!

Uno degli alloggi più puliti in cui sia mai stata. Claudio è stato fin da subito molto gentile e proattivo.

ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa pulita e accogliente. quando siamo arrivati l’ambiente era già riscaldato.

Casa bellissima, tra le migliori in cui ho mai alloggiato tramite AirBnB, ampia e comodamente raggiungibile dai mezzi. Inoltre i ristoranti nella zona sono molto validi
