Franco and Linda were adorable. Linda welcomed us to give us the keys and show us the house. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Franco too: together they recommended beautiful places to visit nearby and even made themselves available to accompany us. The house has a fantastic stove for the winter. The house is impeccable, super clean, equipped with any accessory for the kitchen and also for the bathroom. In addition, the house is also equipped with sheets, towels and blankets. There is a large terrace with mountain views. In less than 100 meters you can reach services such as a bakery, bar, pharmacy in a few minutes on foot! Again, Linda and Franco were wonderful hosts, among the best I've ever met Obviously, the house is super recommended for a weekend of relaxation and peace! Excellent!!

Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

This was a place in a nice and quiet town closely situated to some of the most beautiful spots in the Dolomites! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is impeccably clean, decorated with a lot of love, and took care of every detail. It is equipped to the smallest detail. You will not miss anything during your stay. The apartment has everything and shows that a lot of money and love has been invested to make guests feel at home and better. The location is great for touring the region. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in that little town and there is an Outlet with great prices and a huge selection. Don't forget to sign up at the Info desk for an additional 10%discount. Venice is a 30-minute drive away (watch out for cameras and speed limit) and can be taken by train. The only opsaka is the cafe that is right under the appartment and there is very loud music late into the night which can be a nuisance in the summer when the windows are open to people looking for peace. The apartment has definitely exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to return

Maria Rita's apartment is fantastic. It is perfectly located with convenient parking and had everything we could have possibly needed. The washing machine and dryer were a real plus, and we felt absolutely at home here during our five-night stay. We highly recommend this apartment and loved Spilimbergo.

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Christina’s place was absolutely amazing. It is been one of our favorite places we have stayed at, beautiful. Christina was very helpful with any and all questions. Thanks so much, we love Trieste and Christina help make it great.

We spent a few days in Trieste as a family with two children (2 and 5 years old). Alessandro's apartment was a perfect base for exploring on foot. The detailed tips that Alessandro kindly compiled were very helpful for this. The apartment itself is an absolute dream! Beautiful and lovingly furnished, very clean and spacious. For our children, there were so many nice little things, such as books and toys, that absolutely sweetened their stay. But the small room alone, which can be reached by the stairs and in which you have a great view of Trieste from the skylight, was an absolute highlight. We felt right at home from the very first second! The fact that there is a pizzeria right next door was another plus (sometimes the big hunger has to be satisfied quickly. ;-)). But the equipment in the kitchen was also perfect for cooking food. All in all, an absolutely brilliant accommodation!

The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and fulfills all wishes for a cozy stay. The quiet location and the beautiful garden are relaxing. Good starting point for excursions.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Really nice and cozy apartment, close to the city centre, and the 2 bikes are there for longer rides, we could not find the plates to eat:)) all the rest was good, we recomand and will come back to this place

The apartment is very spacious, ideal for two couples, like us, or for a group of friends. Annamaria is kind and caring. I would definitely come back.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

We spent a few days at OasiMare to take advantage of the first seasonal sun and an event in the nearby sports field. Everything was very close, we parked the car on arrival and it was no longer necessary to move it. The clean and bright house is complete with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The possibility of using a beach spot, umbrella and 2 sun loungers, included in the apartment fee, is very much appreciated. The balcony gives you the opportunity to enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast. Giovanni, very kind and helpful, put us at ease. Perfect location, we'll be happy to come back.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
