Sie bietet 130 m² mit hohen Decken, großem, offenen Wohnbereich mit Zugang zum Garten/Terasse und luxuriöser Küche - alles im Erdgeschoss. Ein eigener PKW- Einstellplatz ist dirkekt bei der Wohnung und auch bequem über die Terasse zu erreichen. Alle Einnahmen über airbnb werden übrigens ausschließlich genutzt, um die Wohnung NOCH mehr aufzuwerten! Genießt eure Auszeit - ruhig und zentral!

Dit heerlijk appartement, gelegen op de eerste etage, heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de landerijen, ligt direct aan het water en biedt volop privacy. Two room appartment, located in the old city center of Purmerend. The shops, bars and restaurants are less then 50 meters from the appartment. Checkin is self checkin with key safe. Excellent bus connection to Amsterdam downtown ( 19 min.) 2 to 8 times an hour. Or to the main Subway hub in Amsterdam North ( 16 min) .The busstop is at less then 90 meters from the apartment. By car 19 minutes to central station. Exellent location for bicycling, the Beemster polder is just 500 meters away.
