My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 sqm over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement to the garden with a small terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are a living room with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with an upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can be used. Bakery, bus and train station (8 min. to the main station) are 300 m away.

We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. My apartment "Glück Ahoi" is located in a quiet yet central location on the island of Borkum and offers the perfect starting point for island tours, beach excursions and bike tours. Restaurants and the town center are within walking distance. The lovingly furnished apartment offers a bedroom with box spring bed and a cozy living room with open kitchen and access to the south balcony. A private beach chair on the north beach from April 1 - September 30 is included!

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. On the ground floor you will find one of the best and trendiest restaurants in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water. The entire house is new and high-quality finished.
