Lots of extras: kayaks, fishing poles, badminton set, beach toys, games, puzzles, books, children's toys, etc. It is close to north and south beaches, 4x4 ramps, dining, shopping and groceries. The house is perfect, location is perfect, very close to the sea. the kids' room was very cozy. I really loved the fact that each room has its own bathroom. the house is very close to variety of restaurants and attractions. our only critique is that there was a construction next to the house, which made noises during the day, however both Carrie and Joshua were very kind and generous and offer us different compensation, which we really appreciated. One of the best houses we been by far.

We had no issues while staying at Alex’s place. Alex responded in a timely manner to any questions that I had. Clean, comfortable, and cozy would describe it. Mini pool was ready and the hot tub was enjoyable. Plenty of sight seeing things are 20-40 minutes away. We had bikes delivered right to the door and enjoyed that. Beaches are great and so was the off road beaches. Homes are spaced apart enough that there’s enough room. The neighbors dog is sweet and playful and we enjoyed that. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Location, location, location! Stunning views and you couldn’t be any closer to the ocean without getting wet. The location is also great for exploring the Outer Banks and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The house is well laid out and practically equipped. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house!

This house was perfect for our group of seven. There are three private bedrooms and 4 bunks in the fourth room which worked well for us. Kitchen amenities were great and the beds were very comfortable! We want to go back. The walk to the beach was short, though there was some serious dune erosion when you arrive at the beach, so did require some added effort to scale steep dune when carrying things to and from the beach (would prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues). Would highly recommend this house. Thanks Karl!

My friend and I stayed here for 6 days and we had a lovely time! The house was the perfect size for the two of us, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor area. The location couldn’t have been better. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, as well as to a coffee spot and an ice cream place. Craig was super friendly and responded quickly to messages.

Attention to detail in this property. Great location. Beautiful sound front property with wonderful outdoor amenities. My husband and I kayaked in the sound behind the house and met the oyster farmer that is close by. The local restaurants are great and we were able to ride our bike to them. The decor was very cute. Outside shower was convenient.

This was a first time trip to the Outer Banks for a long weekend. I was looking for a unique home that was small and cozy, the Round House checked all the boxes. We were able to check in with no issues. The beds were comfortable. The house was warm. I especially loved the corner table. This house was all we needed for two people. We would definitely come back again, maybe when a little warmer.

We really loved our stay! Morgan’s house was beautiful and provided everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the outdoor space! It made us feel like we were in our own little oasis. The check in and check out processes were easy and clearly explained. We will definitely stay again when in the area!
