The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

€75 will be charged for the first guest, and €25 for each additional guest. The 100 m² apartment, in a listed building, with a large terrace, in the Mediterranean garden, is located in the idyllic Knoops Park. Walks to the nearby river are a natural fit and an ideal starting point for bike tours. The maritime Vegesack with its historic harbor, like the city center of Bremen, are accessible by public transport. Bus stop 100 m, train station 850 m away.

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). Very tastefully furnished with all the comforts of a modern apartment you live here in the heart of Oldenburg!

Cozy accommodation incl. kitchen and parking

The accommodation is suitable for a break or also ideal for business travelers. The entire first floor is rented with a bedroom, bathroom as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living and dining room. In front of the house you can park directly. The garden is maintained in the meantime, only the garbage cans would have to be placed on the street (1-2 tons per week). :) This is a 2-party house where the upper apartment is rented.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Spend relaxing holidays in our cozy apartment and discover the diverse regions of Emsland, East Frisia or the Netherlands. Papenburg, Werlte, Friesoythe and Sögel can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The North Sea in just over an hour. Esterwegen, as a recreational area in the beautiful Nordhümmling, is ideal for idyllic bike tours and relaxed walks to or around the memorial with the adjacent marshland adventure trail.

The vacation home has a maximum of 6 sleeping places and a living area of 101.65 m². The kitchen offers all amenities for cozy cooking evenings, including an oven. The sunny terrace with adjoining large shed allows you to enjoy breakfast together outdoors. It has underfloor heating, as well as a storage room. Adjacent is a private playground. If possible, take your bikes with you. In Barßel there is also a bike rental.

Cozy apartment in Petersfehn. Only 10 minutes from Oldenburg and 15 minutes from the spa town of Bad Zwischenahn. Supermarkets, bakery, restaurant and beverage market are within walking distance of 200 m. A small swimming lake is about 3.5 km away. Ideal for excursions, recreation and nature experiences, perfect for your time out in beautiful Ammerland Check-in is possible from 3 pm.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
