Tiny house vacation rentals in Friesland

A great place to spend some nice time. Be aware that the street is right in front of the house(didn't bother me much) and that the stairs to the nice sauna are fairly steep. The house itself is very comfy and there's a nice place for sitting outside.

Very nice holiday cottage on quiet campsite. From the platform in the back of the garden you have a nice view of an open plain, we saw a few deer passing by in the early morning. The cottage has a beautiful garden, is also full of comforts and the contact with the owner is fine. Highly recommended.

We spent a weekend at Carla's cottage and felt completely at home. It is a small, but very nice house and is very tastefully and practically furnished. Great that there are 3 double beds and another bed in a special place, where our daughter could look at the stars. Everything is available in the house. We also enjoyed the private garden with hammock and sun loungers. And of course, Terschelling is a beautiful island!

Back to nature, more than our family is used to and we had a lovely time! Amenities are in order, the wagon is nicely made and it is an experience to sleep in! Good contact with Age and Nynke, tips and stories!

The most beautiful and comfortable accommodation we have been to in the Netherlands. A great host with passion, who enthusiastically talks about the area and the rich history. The communication was excellent and the beautiful, soothing environment ensures that you can relax completely. Absolutely recommended for everyone, we are guaranteed to come back!

Nadja and Bauke were very welcoming and very flexible. The house is beautiful and finds itself in the beautiful old center of Woudsend and it had everything we would need for a great getaway weekend! We will definitely come back and enjoy it once more!

Super nice stay in a quiet location. Especially bring your children, there are plenty of toys and the trampoline in the garden is a mega hit. The house is full of comforts, lovely underfloor heating, open garden, where you can hear and admire the woodpecker, blackbird and other birds. You can walk in the environment. Laura responds quickly and has fun tips for the area. Recommended!

We felt very comfortable in the chalet from the beginning and had a great vacation. The chalet is very appealing and well equipped, so we cooked a lot. The location at the campsite is very good. The communication with Marinus was very straightforward. We also liked very much that we could use the season ticket for the outdoor pool on the campsite and went swimming every morning. Ameland is a beautiful island. We really recommend the chalet.

Absolutely awesome houseboat. Super-beautifully decorated - very modern - equipped with everything you need. It was sparkling clean and cozy. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed life on the houseboat very much (a great experience). The boat includes a SUP, which we tried despite the season. In and around the boat is very quiet and yet you are almost in the middle of it - it is only a few meters to the actual place. Really great: the supermarket is right across the street. Anita and Diedert are great and very attentive hosts, whom we did not meet in person, but the communication with them went very well. We would love to come again.

This was the perfect place to recover from the stress of air travel before continuing with our trip. The loft was beautifully decorated, and everything we needed was provided. The grocery store was a short drive away, and we were able to prepare a simple dinner and relax in comfort. We enjoyed our coffee the following morning in the company of deer, ducks, and rabbits. Such a peaceful place to be! Everything was so well-organized and getting settled could not have been easier. There’s more to the Netherlands than Amsterdam, and I’m happy we explored this beautiful area!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy chalet in Holland! The place was very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you might need – from the fully equipped kitchen to relax. The location was perfect: quiet, surrounded by nature and yet close to shopping and attractions. We especially enjoyed the hosts who were always helpful and friendly. It was just wonderful to stay with you on the houseboat again. We weren't there for the first time and certainly not the last. Simply recommended and beautiful.

We had such a lovely stay —it was exactly the getaway we needed! Nestled in beautiful, peaceful nature, the location felt like a perfect escape. The surroundings were serene and scenic, making it easy to relax and unwind. The space itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided—it was thoughtfully equipped, making the stay easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to disconnect, recharge, and soak in some natural beauty. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall it was a fantastic stay

We (two adults and two children) absolutely loved our stay at Jurriaan’s place. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything a family could need, from comfy beds to a fully equipped kitchen. Our kids adored the small terrace where they could play in the morning while we sipped coffee and soaked up the sunshine. The location is perfect, peaceful yet close to shops and attractions, and Jurriaan was always quick to respond, warm, and genuinely thoughtful. We couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly and would gladly return anytime!

My girlfriend and me enjoyed the two days in Pingjum. The place was really clean and we especially liked the common area where we would cook and sit next to the chimney! Great place for escaping daily life for a few days

We had a lovely and special weekend in the gypsy wagon of Mammaloe. The decor was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. We used both the hot tub and the e-bikes. Communication was great and Mammaloe took good care of us when needed. The mattress was a little too soft for our standards and in May it was still a little too cold in the car for me, there is a heater, but it takes quite a long time to get pleasantly warm. I highly recommend this place, we will be happy to come back, but then rather in the summer :)

Our stay at the Smûk Tiny was delicious! We really enjoyed the nice, quiet location. The decor is very nice and cosy, and the large window that overlooks meadows from the bed is blissful! The hot tub completes it all and is also warm quickly! The shop that is self-service and therefore also open 24 hours is very convenient, and even that is nicely decorated. Their own meat is also super tasty. We could have stayed there for a longer time and will definitely come back! Thank you!

This was the second time we were here. That actually says enough...What a fantastic location, really top! on the water, next to a restaurant and very easily accessible. Remco (the host) is super friendly and the cottage meets the description. It is basic but clean and everything is available. Going somewhere 2 times is already a unique one for us, but this has not been the last time in this place!

It was a pleasure to enjoy Robert's chalet. Impeccable, modern and very well equipped! We were 4 people and we had a great time and it was never too small. I would also like to highlight Robert's proximity and the ease of communication with him. Quick response and always warm and friendly. Thank you very much for everything!

Great books available, inspiring. And the music choice is also interesting and original. The house has everything you need, well maintained, but also not superfluous or confusing. Atmospherically decorated, candles and beautiful light. It is as neat as if it were a private household. We are fans of the island cottage!

We had a great stay. Everything is near by and it still wonderfully private. We stayed with our family of two younger girls and they also found the place wonderful. All amenities were present including coffee and tea. Everything was clean and it had a great bed. No complaints at all! The only thing I would say for families wanting to stay here, is the following. If you plan on cooking it is possible and everything is there, but lacking an extraction fan, it being 2 hobs and no dishwasher I personally wouldn’t think of cooking a week or so. Nothing against the place though, just an aside for families that would think of staying here. We decided that we wanted to get take away and there are many options within a couple of minutes (walking) so that worked out brilliantly :) Thanks for the stay and we are planning on coming back in the future!

Quaint place, very well equipped. Ineke and her husband were good hosts. I can't say much more, because I arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning after the good breakfast.
