Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Friesland

We stayed with the family for a few nights in the accommodation and felt very comfortable there. The accommodation is very well equipped, you will really find everything. In good weather there is a great garden by the house and access to the lake right next door. Numerous play equipment and water sports equipment are also available. We had a great time and would be happy to come back.

We felt super comfortable in Paul's house! Great house for 8 people, as you have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. All windows have fly screens, which is very convenient. Very nice garden and terrace, everything very clean. The kitchen is totally well equipped, we didn't miss anything! Very quiet location, but the nearest town with a supermarket is not too far away. The swimming area/sailboat are across the street, but that didn't bother us. We definitely want to come back 😊

We had a great stay at Steffen's. The house was equipped as described, which we have rarely experienced so far, so we felt very comfortable. The kids went on a journey of discovery and found plenty to keep themselves wonderfully busy. We were in the house for almost 2 weeks right before Easter and we didn't get bored. Most restaurants etc. were already open at least on weekends. Only the boat tours start after our departure on April 19th. (as info for successors who want to travel in the same period... :-)) Steffen responded super quickly and looked for solutions to problems and always had some ready. Thank you so much! We wish you continued wonderful guests who appreciate your gem and treat it well. Maybe see you next time! :-)

Lovely, spacious house in one of the most beautiful places in Friesland, located directly on open water with beautiful views over a lake (It Piel, borders Heegermeer and the Fluessen) and the countryside. Recommended for those who love peace, space and the Frisian lakes.

This is a super cottage with incredibly friendly host (Mario, husband of Mona) who thinks along with you! Points that made the stay very enjoyable: Nice contact and super nice reception. This gives a very nice feeling when you stay in this cottage! The cottage is clean, it looks very neat and beautiful The view was also nice. You have far view and a beautiful sunset. Coffee, sugar and creamer. Salt, pepper, oil, dish soap, paper towels Plenty of cutting boards Oven and fridge with freezer compartment Tasty, large sofa and fine coffee table Bath mats nice and thick and soft Laundry basket, coat rack and hairdryer in bathroom Lights in the hallway that turn on motion sensor Lamp bedrooms: especially on nightstand, you can also dim them. Fine beds Good curtains, blackout We would actually be in another cottage with jacuzzi, but it canceled shortly in advance. Last minute when this booked and I'm glad it went like this. We liked it so much, we are coming back here!

Amazing Cozy house with beautiful patio and fireplace and equipped kitchen

We were arriving very late and Alec was meeting us with big smile on his face at 4am and there was cold beers waiting us in the fridge. This was perfect start. Place is great and canal gives something extra for this place. Owner is very helpful and answered very quickly for all our questions. We feel that all in gereral was so nice that 5 stars is too little and therefore we would like to rate our stay 6/5!

We had a very comfortable short stay at Roger's place. Close to the boat towards Schiermonnikoog. Staying here is highly recommended!

Cozy, clean and spacious apartment. Communication with Christa was smooth and friendly. We were very neatly received by Christa's father. Getting up with a view of the meadows was delightful!

It was a lovely stay with super nice and useful tips from the host! Mega helpful and easy to find if you needed something but also let you go completely and free. We have so much enjoyed this lovely place.

We had a nice midweek with Atsje and family. The cottage was nicely located on the waterfront. The cottage is tastefully and efficiently furnished. We have been using the Kayak. The setting is beautiful for cycling. The cozy shopping street of Joure is recommended!

What a nice stay we had! Super friendly people. Beautiful place and very central location. We were with 2 young children and this was very easy to do! Certainly subject to repetition! Who knows, maybe next year!😉

We stayed in Hindeloopen during a weekend trip and booked a room with Sharino. The amenities were great, everything you needed was available and also super clean. We were also provided with a baby cot on request. Sharino was always easily accessible and gave us a detailed description of how to reach the apartment. Although it was in the attic it was superbly insulated, we did not notice anything from the heat. We're already considering whether we'll book next year. Although it is minimally located outside, you can still reach the harbor in five minutes by car. It's incredibly quiet for that.

Harlingen is a wonderfully picturesque place, the house was close to the nice center. Recommended in the area are Jopie Huisman, the Planetarium, Sneek, Leeuwarden and Hindelopen. The house has all the comforts, nice complete furnishings and spacious bedroom with bathroom. We had a great time.

Very well located Airbnb in a beautiful surrounding. We felt right at home. You can tell they put a lot of love in this place. Their home has a unique character. Thank you very much!

Nice place, wonderfully received with warm hot tub, quick response to questions , beautiful environment, not everything in bloom yet, wonderful awakening with the whistling birds

Beautiful and cozy accommodation. The photos reflect the place very much. Aagje is very nice and helpful. The surroundings are idyllic and you can quickly get to Groningen by car and can explore the region excellently. We were there for a few days in November. It was very cozy with the log fire. The caravan is fully equipped and spacious. There's nothing missing. At night, when the fire is out, it can get cold in the caravan quickly. There are electric heating blankets in the beds. The heating blankets helped well against the cold, but with an extra heater for the bedroom it would have been better. The caravan is on the premises of a beautiful farm where there are horses. From the living room, you have great views of the countryside and watch horses on the paddock. All in all a great place to stay and recommended.

We had a great sleep in the cottage. It was a lovely cottage with a nice warm pellet stove. We'd love to come back!!

We had come to Friesland with our telescope, but it was cloudy. The beautiful sunset, the deer, hare, birds and of course the cozy cottage, compensated that 100%

We spend easter weekend here with the two of us plus our dog. We felt welcome from the start and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Perfect home base for long hikes in the forest.

We had a wonderful time with you. The big highlight was the pond, which gave us an enormous amount of peace and quiet. Thank you. We will be back ✨

Anna is a great hostess. Very friendly and accommodating. The chalet had a nice, quiet location. Close to the water. Was equipped as described. Everything you need. It was very cozy and we felt very much! Thank you for everything! 😊
