We were there with four adults and a toddler and we all loved it. Everyone had their own room with bathroom, which was very comfortable. And through the existing garden, we could even be outside in the great weather. We'll be back.

Anne's place was perfect for a stop over with four people and a dog. Anne was lovely and helpful and the place was very clean and homely.

It was a fantastic and exceptionally clean place. Everything was exactly as described, with no mistakes whatsoever. I highly recommend it to everyone.

It was our first stay with Airbnb and that's why we probably asked a lot of questions. Janna (our contact person) was very patient with us and answered all our questions. The communication was very good. We immediately felt at home, a really nice, normal, clean, lovingly furnished home! Everything we needed was available to us. The garden is also particularly nice. The children played and romped in it and also made themselves comfortable on the loungers! There is also a small pond with fish that you could watch with excitement. We would come back anytime and thank the whole family (Claudia, her husband and Janna) again for allowing us such a nice stay. We also got a welcome gift and a very sweetly written card. We were also very happy about that! Thank you again!

This was the perfect place. In Berlin but on the outskirts. Walkable to public transport and the bus and train/subway net in Berlin is amazing anyway ( sometimes they go on strike, but we got lucky). If you want to be in the city center this isn’t the place for you. I highly recommend this house it was cozy and comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen has every utensil you can think of and all silverware and plates cups bowls. We even found an iron with ironing board, we went to a wedding so this came in handy to iron the shirt. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I expect to come back to it when I visit Berlin again. PS if you have kids there is a great playground very close by and a great park with small lake and plenty of bike paths.

Our stay it was really nice, Özgür let us do an early check in which was really handy. The area is really peaceful, the house has everything you will need, it was really well organised and it was well equipped it had everything you might need for your stay I really recommend Ozgur’s place.

We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

This apartment has every amenity and is perfectly outfitted. Unlike many places there was ample closet and clothes storage space. The bed was almost too comfortable! Clean and spacious and highly recommended.

We where staying two families in Patric Villa, all of us we spend a really nice time, everything it was perfect, really clean, nice design, great open space, kids enjoy a lot the garden. We spend good time with our friends! Bbq it is new, easy to use and really clean. We do not had any negative experiences! Thank you so much to Patrick to let us know enjoy this time in Berlin.

We enjoyed our stay at Aaron’s Artsy Apartment very much! It was centrally located, a quiet neighborhood, the kitchen was very well stocked and our teenage kids enjoyed crashing on the comfy sofas and the loft. Aaron was very friendly and flexible during our check in and he had wonderful suggestions of restaurant ideas close to the apartment. Aaron’s English was amazing! That was a bonus for our family speaking only a little German visiting our daughter studying abroad. On Wisconsin!

Unique location on the waterfront or - on request - on the lake.

As a family with three children and dog, we enjoyed the accommodation very much. Walking to the S-Bahn through the forest no problem, rather an adventure when it becomes later from Berlin. The important things are really clean: bathroom, kitchen. Comfortable beds, and totally cozy under the roof. Oven turned on quickly and warms everything. In the living room, a lot of books. Our son read through the comics. Except for our youngest, we have all seen wild boars at the house. For this, she collected and left the ladybugs free under the roof. Overall everything very reduced to the essentials in great natural surroundings, which did us very well. Thank you Maarten!

The house had 3 nice bedrooms a super well equipped kitchen, it felt home very rapidly. The open space with three dining room and living was very spacious and comfortable and the garden is very nice. The pool was a very nice addition. Depending what your plans are, keep in mind the house is about 15 minutes walk from the S-Bahn. So going in Berlin downtown can take 49-50 minutes. We ended up spending more time in the area than expected and enjoying beautiful hiking and walking spaces.

We had a great stay. Maria is a very caring and friendly lady. She took care of all our needs. However, the house is very small. It's actually a room rather than a home. A tidy room with a bed for 4 people and a kitchen. The dimensions were not a problem for us. We came to bed with our two children only in the evenings and everything was enough. Toys and books were available for the kids. There's also a clean and tidy bathroom. The kitchen was quite clean and equipped.

Wonderful stylish and comfortable apartment. Beautifully appointed and attention to detail made the overall experience luxurious! We felt right at home.
