Kick back and relax in front of the fireplace, or start up the home cinema and enjoy a movie. The lower floor has 3 main bedrooms, a large new bathroom and a second entrance to the apartment. The mezzanine includes a double bed, small lounge and a work area.

The area is full of life and is filled with plenty of cafés, restaurants, little shops, bars, parks and clubs.
