The mini flat is situated in a beautiful planted courtyard in the booming part of Kreuzberg. There’re two bicycles to get around.

Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.

Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin. There’s also a bike rental close by
