The shores of Lake Constance, lawn and garden restaurant directly on the lake only about 400 m away, about 900 m to Fischbach train station, about 6.5 km to the trade fair. Lake Constance can be reached in 10 minutes on foot from here. There is a great lake and outdoor swimming pool or a recreation area with free access. The fully signposted Lake Constance cycle path, one of the most popular cycle paths in Europe, runs around 260 kilometers along the lakeshore. There are beautiful hiking trails for nature lovers or as a starting point for many attractions around Lake Constance such as Meersburg, Constance, stilt houses, the Bregenz Festival, Mainau Island, and much more.

The apartment is ideal for arriving without a car, train station, bus station, ships are within walking distance. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building overlooking Lake Constance and the mountains. Unfortunately, Airbnb sometimes shows the apartment in the wrong place.
