Check in was easy with Donnys clear instructions. The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. It was easy to walk to the beach and not far from the restuarants and shops. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

We loved this flat, it was spotlessly clean, really well equipped and in a fabulous location with great views. It has a homely, personal feel and our children loved the toys and games! The sandy beach is a short walk down the hill and we spent a lot of time here. It is quieter than the main beach in swanage, a perfect place for children. Great to have a parking space too. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay and was prefect for us as a family. Lots of places to walk too. Our accommodation was perfect and clean. Kenton & Kirsty are great hosts and so helpful. We hope to be back again in the summer. 😊

Very convenient location for our weekend in Bournemouth. The flat was very spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was well equipped and a treat to have two bathrooms between us. We managed to park on the street both evenings which was a bonus. We explored Kingston Lacy while we were there which we thoroughly recommend! Host was helpful and quick to respond.

My children and I loved staying here. Perfect for us all and had everything we needed. The scones, clotted cream and Jam were a very lovely touch as were other items to make our short stay a breeze. Comfortable in all aspects too. We walked from here to a local pub which was also great. Julia was extremely helpful in getting the EV charger going which was another bonus to staying here. Would highly recommend.

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

It was a lovely place, a very good wide space for everyone to enjoy the evenings in. Lovely location for our needs with a very responsive host to answer all questions we had. Will 100% recommend.

We had a great stay at Daniela's place, great location for the beach and both Shanklin and Sandown. Daniela was very responsive with the queries we had and the house was great, the garden is a sun trap. Would recommend it.

This house is a great base to explore Hayling Island. You can walk to the beach and local walking trails. The shower was good, we parked the car and left it there all week. Home is bright , airy and modern. Comfortable bed and washing facilities and garden/ washing line. Nicola was very helpful and we recommend this highly. Never been to Hayling Island before but fell in love with the wildness, untouched beauty of the coastline and sea swimming...

We had a lovely couple of days stay here. The flat was immaculate and as described. Brilliant instructions of how to access the flat and where to find everything. Really kind extras which were a lovely surprise and just made the stay so much more special. We will definitely be back because of the lovely flat and the location of Corfe castle. Paul and Tracy were fantastic hosts and were super friendly and responsive. They greeted us as we arrived and showed us around and made us feel at home. The property was pristine and had all the amenities you would need. There were so many little personal touches and made the whole experience feel that much more special. Was perfect for a quiet break away from busy city life and was exactly what we needed. We would strongly consider staying here again! Many thanks again!

We stayed for the weekend, the place was very clean and spotless, we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and she was always responsive and helpful. My kids loved the chocolate eggs too

What an amazing place to stay. The apartment was ultra clean and cosy with everything you could possibly need provided. This was our first Airbnb stay and I think that this has set the bar really high!

We had a few days at Nicole's bnb. it was in a lovely quiet spot within a few metres of the beach. The flat was clean and tidy with a very comfortable kingsize bed. We didn't eat our meals at the flat, but the kitchen was very well equipped and had a very modern bathroom. Very pleasant for a short stay.

Fantastic apartment flooded with beautiful light and the most stunning views of the sea. So peaceful and quiet, well laid out and equipped with cool, funky decor. Perfect location really close to sandy Boscombe beach and ideal for exploring Bournemouth, Sandbanks and Dorset landmarks. Great for a family of four with the layout of the rooms.

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily

Family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights and we all really enjoyed it. You are about 5 minutes drive to Bournemouth sea front and about 10-15 minutes to Southbourne beach. You are also a 5ish minute walk to Tesco Express (it's quicker to walk there than Drive) which is handy, there was also some restaurants in the same area but we didn't try any. The house was very clean and well looked after and a really good sized garden for the kids to run around in. Beds were all made up ready for us and few bits left out as a welcome gift which were a nice touch. Angela was also very accessible throughout the stay if we needed her.
