The apartment consists of a 20 square meter large living room and a Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and window. It is located in a well-kept house with separate entrance, away from big city noise and yet close. Parking is directly outside the property. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the center by car or tram. Beauty salon and supermarkets NETTO next door. By car only 5 minutes to the highway A17und 20 minutes the airport. Our price is € 40.00 per night for 2 persons including linen, towels and WLAN. A piccolo and a chilled bottle of mineral water are always well prepared .. We rent from 3 nights. Welcome!

Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

Wonderful forest trails start right behind the house. 3 beach resorts and an adventure pool with sauna are within walking distance about 1.5 km away. In the village there is an excellent baker and a village shop. A quaint narrow-gauge steam locomotive has a stop in the village. Climbing rocks 500 m away. In winter, the best maintained cross-country ski trail network, as well as small downhill slopes can be reached in about 25 minutes
