This was our second stay in the caravan it’s a lovely place to relax with family. The caravan is great, had everything we needed, inviting and cosy. We had beautiful walks on the beach and into Mablethorpe. It was so nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Perfect location to enjoy each others company.
The living area features a comfortable sectional sofa adorned with tropical-patterned cushions. A circular rug centers the room, while a small table with four chairs adds to the dining space. Natural light filters through large windows, enhanced by sheer curtains.

Annie's Hideaway

HannahRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The house is lovely and was pristine for our arrival. The location is ideal, a minute from the beach and a quick walk from shops and arcades. Our dogs also loved the house and especially the closed in garden. A outdoor dog bowl was even provided. The bath and she shower were lovely, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was easy to use and had every appliance we needed. Will definitely stay again

Mablethorpe 3 bed Holiday Home next to Beachfront.

RoopRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Family of 5 plus the pooch stayed over Easter weekend. Communication from the point of booking was fantastic with plenty of info given. The caravan was spotlessly clean with everything you would need. The owners also left us some welcome gifts that were incredibly thoughtful and very much appreciated! Despite there being so many of us, the caravan never felt small or cramped. There are plenty of DVDs and some boardgames for rainy days/evenings. Some info for the local are if you've never been. Mablethorpe is a lovely little place with a quiet, dog friendly beach all year round. The local town centre is a 20 minute walk along the promenade where you can find some fairground rides and arcades to use up your 2ps. There are plenty of great food places around, my personal favourite being Presto (best pizzas you will ever taste) and Ming Chef across the road from the caravan park, open 7 days a week and run by a lovely family. 5 minutes further down the road is Queens Park Chippy. 10/10

Luxury coastal cottage with private beach access

JamesRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had the most wonderful time at ‘Miles by the sea,’ the house is modern, warm and comfortable. We spent lots of time sitting in the kitchen at the large table. My four young children had a lovely time playing in the huge garden and we loved the gigantic beaches, and spent a great deal of time walking up and down them, especially when the tide was out. The North Sea Observatory has fantastic views, delicious cakes and cold beer on tap, there was also activities throughout the week for the children. We walked to the amusement arcades every day, where we ate fish and chips and ate ice creams- we also ate in the cafe, which was very good value. It was our first visit to Lincolnshire, we mainly go to Suffolk, We had the best time - it’s our new favourite place. We would live to come back! Thank you Dawn for providing such a lovely place to stay! James, Elly, Ernie, Connie, Grace, Nora and Sunny the dog

Fantastic location and lovely static. The beach is beautiful and about two minutes walk to get to and you can walk into Ingoldmels in about 30 minutes by the sea., There are local shops, cafes and entertainment right by the park. a bit further on, the center of Chapel St Leonards is lovely and quiet with a Co-Op, barbers, book shop and a gorgeous cafe right on the beach and you're no time away from Ingoldmels. Wanted to take the powered recliners home, 10/10.

Caravan with decking, 3 Bedrooms

SeanRating, 5 stars20 months ago
This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Adrian’s caravan and once again cannot fault anything. As a party of 5 (3 adults 2 children) the caravan accomodated us perfectly in terms of space and amenities. The location is perfect close to everything we wanted to do but just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle which ingoldmells inevitably brings. Adrian was faultless as a host again, very responsive, helpful, polite and even worked it so we could have a slightly earlier check in. Definitely recommended will definitely be looking to visit again.

Stylish Caravan on HAVEN GOLDENSANDS BEACH

JoRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Had a lovely time, 3 teens and I. Close to everything but not disturbed by the noise. Lovely on site pool and activities, nice walk to the beach. We went to the seal santactury which was just a short walk, and the lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes away. We drove into Mablethorpe it's a long walk or there is a land train and enjoyed the little town for the day and all it had to offer. We only had breakfast in the caravan but well equipped for cooking. Would recommend to all. Busy site but everyone was polite and o site lovely.
