Tiny house in a secluded location between 2 ponds with boat

Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

Welcome to our spacious, bright and friendly apartment in Hopfenland Hallertau (95 sqm). The cozy kitchen-living room is fully equipped from capsule machine to dishwasher and washing machine. In addition to a spacious living room, there are two bedrooms with a total of four beds and an additional cot/toddler bed. Linen and towels are included. Business travelers will find a desk Guest wifi, satellite TV, parking available outside the house.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

My place is close to the thermal spa Erding (15 min. Footpath). The city park with petting zoo is in the immediate vicinity. Munich airport is 15 minutes away. The old town of Erding with good shopping, cozy inns with good standard fare or restaurants with fine cuisine is within walking distance in 20 minutes.The place is good for couples and families. Your four-legged family members are also welcome.
