The sleeping-living area has a box-spring bed, wardrobe, armchair and a 55 inch TV. The modern bathroom is right next door. The dining area offers a kitchenette. A private parking space for you is right in front of the house on the premises. Storage for bikes is possible in the carport.

The 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. Stepping out of the apartment, you are right on the terrace belonging to your apartment. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long, 1 sofa bed is 2×2 m, very comfortable as a 3rd bed. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe bike path is only 400 m away from us. Relax in the natural pool Goltzscha. perfect. Parking space and 2 bicycles are free of charge.

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time.
