We enjoyed the house very much. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good. However, we were able to observe the magnificent nature through the windows of the house. Once we were lucky with the weather and were able to take a boat tour on the water with the Canadians.

A very peaceful and nice place by Glomma. The cabin was exactly as shown on the listing. Here you can disconnect and get the pulse down. The cabin does not have electricity or water and there is something freeing about cooking and boiling water on gas. The host made clear water for use before arrival.

It was a lovely house. It's super quiet, you only hear the wind and sounds of nature. Every day deer in the fields, owls at night, edible mushrooms near the house. So if you want a quiet holiday you should come here. There are so many things to do in the area. Beautiful nature preserves where you can walk. Tova and Thomas are very kind people. They also have a very cute dog and cuddly chickens.

Amazing, serene, relaxing. It was exactly what i was looking for. Only complaint is that it was a little expensive for having to clean the place yourself and bring your own linens. But i knew that ahead of time and loved the stay

The house was incredible! It was the Christmas time so we even had Christmas tree in the house and decorations. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and decorated very well. It was so cozy and we loved staying there. Madeleine was easy to communicate and even helped us when we couldn’t find the house. :) We would definitely consider coming back here. Thank you, Madeleine. You have a wonderful house.❤️

Can highly recommend this home with large, lovely garden and several sunny patios. Located at perfect distance to Strömstad and nature experiences. Fully equipped cottage in quiet area. Warmly welcomed host couples who really care about your stay being as good as possible. I will be back!

Airbnb Review: Ingeborg's Place, Norway Ingeborg's place was a perfect blend of Norwegian authenticity and modern comfort. We had everything we needed, from modern amenities like plenty of power sockets to the rustic charm of the space. The comfortable beds and cozy fireplaces made for a truly relaxing stay. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the middle of a forest by a lake. It was the perfect escape from city life. The thoughtful addition of sleeper shoes was a nice touch. We had an amazing time at Ingeborg's place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable Norwegian experience.

The apartment, location and Camilla were absolutely great!:) It was easy to communicate with Camilla, and she was flexible and helpful. Very convenient to take the elevator down at the mall for shopping and lunch. The apartment was very nice and brand new, but we especially missed lamps in the ceilings, but this is probably on our way :) We would love to come back!

We had the pleasure of staying at Lillianne’s cottage. What a fantastic, pristine clean and cozy home we picked for our weekend! It has fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, wind and rain shielded outside sitting areas. Two canoe trips to the peaceful lake were the highlights of our stay. The canoe, paddles and life jackets were provided. We observed the wild life and had a great workout every day while exploring the whole area from the water. Lillianne answered all our questions and communicated promptly. We did not feel like leaving and we were able to extend our trip with a minimal notice.

A home away from home hosted by caring hosts who go out of their way to give you your privacy and help with anything needed. We were welcomed for our long term stay with Norwegian chocolates and nuts with custom hand written notes. The place was perfect and had everything one needs to stay. Never had a problem in 2 months. And the location is majestic. Everything is nearby and especially a heaven for nature lovers. Words will never be able to describe how beautiful the hosts and the place is. The 5 days in Maria's Swedish cottage were really nice. The house has everything you need and the large garden right on the edge of the forest was really idyllic. You have to get used to the fact that you get the water from the neighboring house and the toilet and bathroom are there, but that was also described and has something. Maria was very personable and provided us with many extra utensils for our little son. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!
