The private courtyard faces southwest. Half of it is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with a 5-minute walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with the DR app and Chromecast. Cottage that exudes coziness and presence. The house is located in the heart of Juelsminde with only 80 meters to a lovely and child-friendly sandy beach. The house has a large newly built terrace where there is ample opportunity to catch the day's sunshine and also has a delicious wilderness bath that can be enjoyed all year round. In the garden there is a trampoline for the kids. Not far from the house there is a large and amazing playground. Approximately 1 km to the nearest shopping and 1.5 km to a fantastic harbour area with city life and restaurants.

50 years ago, a Sprite 400 caravan, was heaven for escapists, hedonists, and people who needed to 'get out'. Today, you can experience life in a tiny Sprite 400 - placed in gorgeous surroundings. Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful. The house is furnished with large living room, utility room, 3 separate bedrooms - 2 with double bed 160 x 200 and one with 140 x 200 + bunk of 90 x 200. Additional alcove with bed of 140 x 200 cm. There's a brand new kitchen with new appliances. Attached to the house is covered with dining area - south facing. There are new floors and brand new quality beds, all sleeping 9.
