Charming modern horse country house 900m from beach

Country house with horses in the middle of nature, and at the same time close to both white sandy beach, Sletten Harbor and Louisiana museum. The house from 1833 is newly renovated with a large garden, fireplace, Ofyr grill, greenhouse for the cooler nights, 30 minutes from Copenhagen. Indoors, there are 238 m2 to romp around in, decorated with inspiration from nature, and at the same time with all modern luxury. The horses live in paddocks around the garden and love to greet you over the fence. There are also two cuddly cats that are mostly outside, but who really want to be fed.

Annex close to beach, forest and Louisiana

Stylish annex in the heart of Humlebæk. 30 min north of Copenhagen. 5 min walk from Humlebæk station. Louisiana is just a short walk away. Close to Sletten harbor is a fishing village, with an idyllic atmosphere, ice house and restaurant. Bjerre beach is within walking distance and is perfect for a beach vacation. Kronborg Castle, the Shipyard's food market and the Maritime Museum are a 15-minute drive away. Humlebæk Bio is 500 m away and is always up to date with the latest movies. Ideal for a short mini-vacation or romantic getaway.

Cozy house by forest and beach - perfect for relaxation. The house is not newly built or perfect – here and there you will find small flaws that testify to life and history. It may not be luxury, but it's cozy, homey and full of personality. We hope you'll feel as comfortable here as we do. Worth mentioning Walking distance to Louisiana and a short trip to Copenhagen by train or along the beautiful Strandvejen. Garden with trampoline and sun hooks. Dogs allowed - the forest just outside is a dog forest.

Bemærk - rygeforbud gælder alle inden og udendørsområder. Du har køer og heste som tætteste naboer. Lejligheden er lille, men med plads til 4 overnattende gæster. Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året, fra 01. Oktober til 30. April er der tillæg for spa på 150,-/dag Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

Ground floor apartment in quiet surroundings, within walking distance of Louisiana (1.7 km) and Bjerre Strand (900 m). Easy access to shopping (600 m) via the trail system. Free parking in front of the property. Modernly decorated with a large bedroom. The apartment has a good bathroom with a washing machine, so you can wash clothes during your stay. Large outdoor living room with terrace and cozy planting. The apartment is occupied on a daily basis and bears the mark of being my home.

Dejligt, praktisk og lyst rækkehus i roligt kvarter, tæt på skov i hyggelige Espergærde. Huset har alt hvad I har brug for, det er nemt at bruge og har egen parkeringsplads. Hop på toget direkte til København, tag på Espergærde Strand, besøg Louisiana eller Kronborg i Helsingør: mulighederne er mange. Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.

Free parking space in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available in the house. No smoking inside the house!!

Beautiful house close to Louisiana, Aarstiderne, Humlebæk beach, Kronborg, Fredensborg Castle, 5 min drive to the beach, 30 min drive to CPH. Welcome to Laugsgaarden farm, which origins from 1855. It was split up in eight single homes in 1980. The eight families who lives here are all part of the small Laugsgaarden community. You will have our own 120m2 house plus private garden on top of the common area with fire place, football fields, forest and fruit trees.
