The house itself is situated in an idyllic location in the countryside. Destinations such as the thermal spa Erding and Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

A small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, sink, dishes and utensils, as well as coffee maker, kettle and toaster is at your disposal. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is part of the apartment for your own use. Free parking is available at your doorstep.

This newly equipped, modern apartment with more than 100 square meters of living space is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim".
