Monthly Rentals in Fratar

We loved this place so much throughout our two-week stay, and would have stayed longer if it was available! It really felt like home. It was so spacious and I loved the minimalist but warm Scandinavian-inspired design. The terraces and views from them were lovely: sea, mountains, olive groves, and an authentic neighborhood that felt almost rural despite its close proximity to the beach and wonderful boardwalk of Vlore. There were some roosters and barking dogs, but the doors and window are excellent and kept most of the noise out. The beds are not large but quite comfortable; the couch is super comfy as well. TV and internet worked great; good water pressure and heat in the shower. Water did turn off twice for about 4 hours; an Albanian hazard. Cooking in the kitchen was easy and we did it often. The hosts are a kind, attentive couple who were very responsive and went the extra mile. Highly recommend!!

The location was so good. Near to everything we needed, the cultural places, the restaurants. The house was very clean and a lot of space. The host Steven was very helpful and kind. He recommend us very good eating restaurants that we enjoyed a lot. Everything was perfect.😊
