The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

It is located in the former Tennen area of a farm in Höhenmoos. This tranquil place with an exceptional view is perfectly located for relaxation in nature ( mountains, lakes, cross-country skiing, cycling) and excursions to the surrounding area ( Chiemsee, Simssee, Samerberg, Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg).
