Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

In winter, ski resorts can be reached within a short drive. The apartment is conveniently located between Munich and Salzburg, making it a perfect stop on the way to southern Europe.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Ideally located, between Munich and Salzburg (45 minutes each), quickly accessible and yet quiet and in the middle of the forest, we have transformed our old workshop into a small apartment with bathroom and kitchen. The place is about 45 square meters, designed in clay construction and has a large sitting window out to the forest. Outside, our guests can use the fire pit and garden sauna by arrangement. For children, there is a trampoline, soccer field and table tennis.

For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location.
