Quiet residential area surrounded by gardens. Within walking distance of Lake Kochel, the boat dock, the Franz Marc Museum. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities in the immediate vicinity.

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. In the Alpenglühn, just a 5-minute walk from the salt mine, spacious apartments with 44 - 61 sqm await you, for two - four guests with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable height beds, sofa beds, large bathrooms and beautiful views. Our sauna area and our parlor are located in the basement. In the garden you will find a heated pool from April to October and a whirlpool all year round.
