We had such a good Stay at Marks place. Absolutely perfect location for the wine tram (walking distance from the main station). The house itself is clean and beautiful, the bed was especially comfortable with crisp white sheets and fluffy pillows! More often that not the accommodation photos are better than the actual accommodation, I am pleased to say that this time it was the reverse. The Acorn Cottage was better than the pictures, it was just lovely! For the price you pay you are getting an absolute 5 star experience, the cottage is perfect for 2 people wanting a romantic getaway, or even just for one person needing some solace and a quiet retreat. Well appointed, nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you need, the bed is huge and so comfortable, quality linens and pillows, the bathroom is spacious and so well though out, great bath, good quality towels. You really don't need to bring much, some clothes and food. The view is spectacular and a little Weber takes care of that quick braai if you feel inclined and the company was exceptional - the friendly resident dog Luna. I loved it, will be back again for sure. Private and secure, Abbi is professional, responsive and doesn't fuss - perfect!

We were warmly welcomed by Simone and we immediately felt at home. The space had a luxurious feel and we truly enjoyed the tranquility the house and area. Before check in, the hosts asked if they could heat the hottub for us to have it ready upon arrival, how nice! The area was peaceful and we could walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and even assisted us when we had car trouble, truly nice people. Will visit again!
