Perfect for family getaways, you can relax or enjoy water activities. The spacious two floor home sleeps up to 10 guests. Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs.
