Vacation rentals with a pool in Franklin County

We had such a lovely stay at the Pond House! Absolutely gorgeous property, beautiful home & furnishings, perfect for 2 families to stay comfortably. It was so peaceful out there, yet very convenient to activities. Already looking at future dates we could come back!

Owing to the winter closure of the pass on 108, we had a challenge with Google’s directions. Once we found the resort it was all systems go, great arrival directions, easy entry and comfortable home. The access to all of the amenities of Smugglers Notch was awesome. Both Stacey’s and DJ’s responses to questions were above and beyond. Totally great week! Thanks guys.

My wife and I were overwhelmed with the beauty of the surroundings. The host thought of everything that would or could be needed to make us feel like we were at home. From the moment we arrived we knew our time here was going to be very enjoyable. The next time we plan to visit Jay, Vermont, we will plan our trip around the availability of this property. Book was very quick to respond to all of our questions, the resort is nice and there are lots of things to do. Was a bit pricy due to the eclipse but overall we are happy with the stay

John was a lovely and responsive host. It was a pleasure working with him. We've been going to Smugglers Notch for many years, and the place we rented was the nicest suite in the whole resort, in my opinion. I would highly recommend it as well as working with John. Thanks.

Very comfortable location. Everything we needed the unit had; fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, plenty of towels. Just plain lovely. Do note you will have to pay extra to enjoy Smugglers Notch activities. Could be extra $50-$100 per day for larger pools, hot tube, fun zone, and area activities.

We were upgraded to a presidential suite which was had ample space for our family of 5. Other than the following CONS, this place was amazing and very comfortable! A couple of extra coffee packets for the coffee maker would have been appreciated for the longer stay (only 2 were provided and we were charged a fee to order extra!) The kitchen was missing an electric kettle so boiling hot water for tea had to be done with a small pot on the stove, There was no hot tub nearby and the games room pool table was missing balls!
