Vacation rentals in Franklin County

Beautiful location, even in the snow storm. Sauna is fantastic, as was fire place. Huge laundry room was a plus. Great hiking within 10 min drive. Couple things to know. The doors to the bathroom and the one bedroom are folding pocket doors (like ones you might find on a closet) and are very acoustically transparent. They are right off of the main living space, so just a thing to be aware of if that is going to be a problem for your group. This is very much a lake house / winter cabin kind of space. It is not pristine. If you have young children, I might not feel comfortable bathing them in the tub, but it was certainly fine for tweens and adults to shower in. But if your expectations are set going in, you'll have a nice stay.

The place was spacious and accommodate all of us with no problem. We were not able to use the hot tub and were dissapointed with this, but overall the place was perfect for us (close to everything we were doing, the lake views were great, and the snowy days made this a great vacation for us).

We had a great stay, it was a perfect spot for our small family to enjoy to some spring skiing at Jay Peak. Pete was very friendly and gave great recommendations. The house was clean and exactly as described. It was an easy drive to the mountain as well.

Great stay, appreciate how responsive Tonya was when I had a question and it was a great place to get away for a couple days. Will definitely use this place again when coming to the area!

Home was adorable. Really enjoyed the area. Well appointed and she really thought of everything and had it there. She was easy to get in touch with as well. We would stay there again!

Great spot, would rent again. Very cold winter nights in February, so really appreciated the two extra thick blankets provided. Outdoor stairs to the apartment are steep but were mentioned and explained in the advertisement. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Thanks, Chris.

William's place was fantastic. It was spotless, and the location was well secluded from everybody, perfect for a getaway. The best part was the comfortable beds! I can see myself renting this place in the summer for a getaway from city life.

Thank you Nick for a great stay overall. We were a bit pinched for time with checkin being pushed back more than an hour but overall the property met our needs. Loved the location of the unit. Thank you for being such a responsive host!

Mitch has a lovely home with beautiful surroundings (Lake Champlain for kayaking and listening to the water lap on the shore, view of mountains across in the Adirondacks), local walks in the area are nice. Hiking not far away. We went into Burlington for a concert. Nice to realize that Mitch is related to a close friend of mine. A very peaceful spot,
