Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Franklin County

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and everything was perfect for our graduation weekend (minus the weather).

I have stayed in a many rental properties over the years and I have never had a kitchen so loaded with everything a cook could ask for - very helpful! Amazing views and a 20 minute drive to Jay - just a great experience. The property is on a dirt road, which is no joke. Make sure you have the right vehicle for Vermont mud season and you will have the time of your life. Highly recommended!

We LOVED Jennifer’s place! It was the perfect spot for a family gathering. The home was spotless, all appliances appeared to be new and/or state of the art. The home was warm and comfortable with every amenity you could ask for, and idyllically situated on Lake Champlain. We were in Vermont for UVM commencement weekend. The 30-minute drive to Jenn’s place from Burlington provided a nice respite from all the graduation hubbub. What at first seemed like a drawback (distance) was actually a blessing. We would happily stay here again.

Home was adorable. Really enjoyed the area. Well appointed and she really thought of everything and had it there. She was easy to get in touch with as well. We would stay there again!

We really enjoyed stay at Amra’s place! We would definitely go back again! Only a half an hour from Jay Peak. Amra’s communication the whole trip was impeccable. We really felt at home!

Our stay was amazing! We had lots of fun skiing at Jag Peak, and Molly’s place was a very cozy place to come back to and relax. All amenities added to the experience including the smaller things like the maple syrup! Would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay. The room was clean and in a great location. The only hiccup we had was the GPS taking us to a different location based on the address given, but a quick call to the building staff directed us right to the correct place.

Blake’s place was wonderful. The decor, furnishings and vibe of the space were thoughtful, fun, and cozy. The outdoor area was very serene and gave our dogs plenty of space to play and explore. There were so many amenities included. The guide book and recommendations were very appreciated and helpful. The town was cute, walkable, and peaceful. We loved our stay!

We will definitely be returning to Darren and Lynne’s BnB! Our room was very comfortable and homey, with great personal touches. We greatly enjoyed the delicious breakfast during our stay, and warming up in the hot tub at the end of our day skiing. Thank you for hosting us!

The condo was exactly as described in listing and better. Very, very clean with many amenities. Joy was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Easy to check in and check out. Lots of space. House instructions easy to find on refrigerator. I would just bring your own shampoo and conditioner because I couldn’t find any in the bathroom. Also, be mindful that restaurants aren’t open as late as you might be used to in other areas.

Really enjoyed Amanda’s place for our group ski trip to Jay! In the warm weather we were able to take advantage of the firepit with firewood on site. The heated garage with pingpong, boot warmers and small bar was awesome. A hot-tub would put this place over the top! We would stay here again for our next trip!

Loved staying at Rachel's cabin, it was much homier and better stocked than I expected! Everything was provided and it was spotless. The location wasn't perfect for our trip to Burlington and Stowe but if you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay it's great. Overall we had a cozy and comfortable stay here, would recommend!

Our week long stay at Bill & Kerry’s place was perfect for us. Bill was always in communication with us and very accommodating. The house and land is a great escape from everyday life! We took full advantage of the wood stove! We would recommend this place for others to stay and we would love to stay here again!

Lovely house and the host was amazing. She was very nice, replied quick, and very helpful. Beautiful house with great views and very secluded. Everything was spotless and it included anything you would need. Very cozy. Great experience 100% coming back.

Our family loved Kevin’s place! It was perfect for our ski vacation and had lots of space for our girls to play. The property was so pretty and peaceful, and we’d love to return when we go to Jay Peak next!
