Vacation rentals with a patio in Franklin County

We had a wonderful stay with Mike & Jodi...they are extremely kind and gracious hosts. The space is amazing...much larger than it looks in the pictures. The furniture and bedding is new and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe and an excellent location close to Waynesburg, Emmitsburg, Gettysburg and Liberty Ski Resort. Highly recommended!

Sherry's place is quiet, clean, and lovely! Stayed one night for lodging needs and were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast goodies she provided: eggs, oatmeal, milk, coffee, and tea. Loved the back porch furniture to enjoy morning coffee while serenaded with many, many songbirds in tbe woods- so relaxing and refreshing! Many details efficiently incorporated into this space- so cute! Would definitely recommend and choose to return if travel allows.

The stay was wonderful. The hosts were proactive and informational. The rules sheet they have on the fridge was well written and easy to comprehend. The apartment itself was also very clean and well decorated. It was a super cozy stay, and I'd 100% stay there again.

Always a pleasure to stay here or in any of their places! They never disappoint and for valentines they even added rose petals which I thought less a great touch! Highly recommend staying at any location.

I really liked it. You can walk to the slope in about 2 minutes, put your skis on and ride. Place was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. And there is a huge 86” tv so you can lay in bed and be at the cinema! WiFi works. Ac and heat works. Great place!

Julie was a great host. She was very accomodating of our 7:30 pm check in and greeted us when we got there. The place was beauitful, clean and had awesome antiques. It was equipped with everything we needed. Was very close to the ski mountain and a delicious coffee shop we hit each morning. My husband, toddler and I would definitely stay again.

As always, a wonderful time staying here. It’s in close distance to where I’m working and the community is nice and quiet. Always a pleasure staying here.

This home was perfect for our girl’s trip! We were in town for a conference. Beautiful views and just a lovely home overall. Spacious, beautiful, clean- you will not be disappointed!

Our stay at this beautiful countryside home was great! It was very peaceful, quiet and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

This house is a refurbished old house near Wilson College. The floors are refinished wood - very clean, and the area carpets make the house seem (and stay) warm. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of cooking basics, pots and pans, storage containers, a variety of coffees and teas. The bathroom is very clean, plenty of hot water, towels, and shampoo, conditioner, etc. The washer and dryer are a big plus. Beds are comfy and adjustable. Dining room is amazing, antique table with inlays, table pads to cover if using, removable to enjoy the beauty of the furniture if not using. We would stay again! I stayed here with my niece during a family get together. The only drawback, which Nick was quite responsive to, was that the door automatically locks at night, (which is something I did not think of, never having experienced it before), and my niece got locked out one night. Lesson learned - do not leave the house without the entrance code!! Nick is a responsive host! Many Thanks!!

We had a great stay. we enjoyed the yard and the stream running through the property. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. We would definitely consider coming back.

We loved our stay here. The house was very private and wooded. The whole home is filled with unique charm and character throughout. Parts of the layout were slightly more unique than we were anticipating, so if you are traveling with a light sleeper, it may take some creativity. The home was well stocked with linens and toiletries. The only thing we found that we’d wished we brought was some additional kitchen supplies (food storage containers, extra baking sheets, etc). But our group did stay in and cook each meal there so that is on us. Overall we enjoyed our stay from start to finish and would recommend it to others!

Such a peaceful stay at this lovely garden house! Surrounded by flowers and greenery, it felt like a little hidden oasis. The house was clean, well-stocked, and full of charm. We’d definitely return.

I almost don't want to write a positive review because I'd like this condo to be available only to me. It was perfect! The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Easy ski in/out access, and perfect for a family that has some that stay on the slopes a little longer than others. We just hope this place will be available again when we visit next.

Worked great for our short term work assignment

Very nice spot right off the mountain. Pretty short walk from the top of the green hills. Great if you have your equipment already! Living space was big enough to relax after the slopes. Comfortable bed and big tv.

This was one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed at over the last several years! Private, beautiful, quiet. Loved it!!!
