Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Franklin County

It was our first family vacation since having our baby. It was also my wife's birthday. Olivia went above and beyond to make our welcome EXTRA special. My wife was GENUINELY surprised and Happy. The house was very clean with very comfortable furniture and ALL the amenities you could think of. The game room was a hit and everyone truly enjoyed all the amenities it offered. beautifully transformed farm house on a great property near Gettysburg, Washington DC, and Maryland. Understand it us very rural so grocery shopping is suggested (also a plus being they supply you with every item you could ever hope to make a great meal). However if you don't mind traveling the neighboring towns are awesome! Thank you Olivia for all you provided for our family to enjoy a magical weekend in Big Cove Tannery

Went on a trip with our family after many years and was so glad to choose this place as our getaway — we loved the home and can’t wait to get back. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, their home was comfortable for all ages.

She is a great hostess and the home is fully equipped. Plenty of room in the dining room for our large group without feeling bunched together. Great walking areas. Nice swimming pool. Two nice fishing ponds 3 minutes walk with nice bass. Fuel and restaurant 12 minutes away.

We were looking for a place to get together with family from all over the country, do some skiing, and have meals. This place was perfect. The host was responsive and helpful when we had questions. The house was laid out so that we all had our own place for some privacy but had great room for all of us to get together. Plenty of bathrooms, nice areas for walking, and within walking distance of the ski slopes. We are already talking about booking for next year.

This is a very nice and spacious condo with a luxurious master suite and a kitchen with all of the supplies needed for cooking. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay and look forward to coming back next year! No detail was overlooked and the home is extremely clean. We loved the great room and fireplace. Location is perfect: a true ski-in ski-out.

This cabin was 100% perfect for a quiet, peaceful getaway. Everything we needed was provided. The creek with the beach was just what I needed while my husband fished. The beds were comfortable, and the furnishings made us feel at home. The hot tub was the best way to relax at the end of the day. We will return in the future, and we havr already referred friends to this cabin.

I’m not one who typically leaves a review but Olivia definitely deserves a review. It was for my son’s 18th birthday and when I tell you, everything was so flawless. She was nice enough to help me decorate one of the cabins with happy birthday balloons, and a banner! this gesture really shows me that she goes over and beyond for her customers. I truly appreciate that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for making our stay fantastic!
