Vacation rentals with a patio in Franklin County

We had a wonderful stay with Mike & Jodi...they are extremely kind and gracious hosts. The space is amazing...much larger than it looks in the pictures. The furniture and bedding is new and very comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe and an excellent location close to Waynesburg, Emmitsburg, Gettysburg and Liberty Ski Resort. Highly recommended!

Sherry's place is quiet, clean, and lovely! Stayed one night for lodging needs and were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast goodies she provided: eggs, oatmeal, milk, coffee, and tea. Loved the back porch furniture to enjoy morning coffee while serenaded with many, many songbirds in tbe woods- so relaxing and refreshing! Many details efficiently incorporated into this space- so cute! Would definitely recommend and choose to return if travel allows.

The stay was wonderful. The hosts were proactive and informational. The rules sheet they have on the fridge was well written and easy to comprehend. The apartment itself was also very clean and well decorated. It was a super cozy stay, and I'd 100% stay there again.

Always a pleasure to stay here or in any of their places! They never disappoint and for valentines they even added rose petals which I thought less a great touch! Highly recommend staying at any location.

I really liked it. You can walk to the slope in about 2 minutes, put your skis on and ride. Place was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. And there is a huge 86” tv so you can lay in bed and be at the cinema! WiFi works. Ac and heat works. Great place!

Julie was a great host. She was very accomodating of our 7:30 pm check in and greeted us when we got there. The place was beauitful, clean and had awesome antiques. It was equipped with everything we needed. Was very close to the ski mountain and a delicious coffee shop we hit each morning. My husband, toddler and I would definitely stay again.

As always, a wonderful time staying here. It’s in close distance to where I’m working and the community is nice and quiet. Always a pleasure staying here.

This home was perfect for our girl’s trip! We were in town for a conference. Beautiful views and just a lovely home overall. Spacious, beautiful, clean- you will not be disappointed!

Our stay at this beautiful countryside home was great! It was very peaceful, quiet and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

This house is a refurbished old house near Wilson College. The floors are refinished wood - very clean, and the area carpets make the house seem (and stay) warm. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of cooking basics, pots and pans, storage containers, a variety of coffees and teas. The bathroom is very clean, plenty of hot water, towels, and shampoo, conditioner, etc. The washer and dryer are a big plus. Beds are comfy and adjustable. Dining room is amazing, antique table with inlays, table pads to cover if using, removable to enjoy the beauty of the furniture if not using. We would stay again! I stayed here with my niece during a family get together. The only drawback, which Nick was quite responsive to, was that the door automatically locks at night, (which is something I did not think of, never having experienced it before), and my niece got locked out one night. Lesson learned - do not leave the house without the entrance code!! Nick is a responsive host! Many Thanks!!

Great place to stay if you enjoy fishing the stocked trout stream was great

Such a peaceful stay at this lovely garden house! Surrounded by flowers and greenery, it felt like a little hidden oasis. The house was clean, well-stocked, and full of charm. We’d definitely return.

Attractive place; very clean; quiet despite being right on the road. Liked the wood paneling throughout. So nice to be TV-free for a weekend! Will definitely come back.

I almost don't want to write a positive review because I'd like this condo to be available only to me. It was perfect! The place is comfortable and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Easy ski in/out access, and perfect for a family that has some that stay on the slopes a little longer than others. We just hope this place will be available again when we visit next.

Worked great for our short term work assignment

Very nice spot right off the mountain. Pretty short walk from the top of the green hills. Great if you have your equipment already! Living space was big enough to relax after the slopes. Comfortable bed and big tv.

I was just stopping here for a quick overnite on my way to visit my family. Wish I could have stayed longer! The area was lovely. The apartment was very nice, and I became one with the bed and enjoyed a quiet night of sleep. I would stay there again.
