Monthly Rentals in Franklin County

It was a perfect fit for us, and we had a wonderful time. Most relaxing vacation in a long time. The cabin is small, and the decor and furnishings were a real step back in time, as you can see in the pictures. But we had all the room we needed, and everything worked even the WIFI. The location is not in a dark sky area, but we were still able to see all the stars at night (and of course all the beautiful trees during the day). And although it's not a waterfront property, it's close enough that we were able to carry the kayaks ourselves to the lake/pond.

Andrea's place was perfect for our quick get away to Paul Smith's college. It is a beautiful area with lots of outdoor hiking options. The place was much larger and even nicer than we expected. Instructions for tv, internet, etc were clear and easy to follow. Well stocked kitchen but we didn't really use anything while we were there due to such a short stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms beautiful- plenty of hot water and water pressure! Heat worked well and kept us cozy. Loved the deck and wish we were there longer to enjoy the space!

Great stay! The place was clean, quiet, and very welcoming. Mim showed us around and then was available if we needed anything - but we didn't need anything because it was all set up very nicely! Even with 3ft+ of snow the property was very accessible and fit all of our cars. The wood stove kept us cozy & warm in single digit temps. Funny guest book. Thank you!!

We had a great stay! The house is cute and very spacious, we had everything we needed. I would stay there again for sure!
