Vacation rentals with beach access in Franklin County

The place was a great location, walking distance to the town, olympic village, and right by Mirror Lake! The house was super clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our long weekend getaway. Would definitely recommend this for other small families.

I’ve stayed at Todd’s place many times, and it’s consistently a wonderful experience. It’s always clean, the tenants in the building are friendly, and it’s in a great location. I highly recommend staying here.

Our family had a great stay! It was a perfect location for us. The street was a little busy on Saturday night but our daughter didn't notice, so we have no complaints. We will definitely book here again!

One of the better air bnbs I’ve stayed at recently. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities provided. Ryan was great at communicating and even did a check in with us to see if the stay was going well. Beautiful trail in walking distance from the place and had wonderful views of the local ponds. This was my first time visiting the Adirondacks and I would definitely consider this place for my next adventure there.

This Adirondack camp was an absolute blast in an amazing location! The direct access to the lake made our vacation unforgettable, especially with the provided kayaks for exploring the beautiful lake and connecting waterways. Our dogs had the time of their lives running around the spacious yard, and the pizza stone was fantastic for making delicious homemade pizzas to enjoy in the front room while while enjoying the stunning views of the sun setting over the lake. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect lakefront retreat!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views were stunning from the moment you pulled into the driveway and from every window in the house! It was family friendly, our kids loved this house, the kids book shelf and the closet of toys and kid amenities! Anna was super responsive from check in day to check out! We were very happy with our stay and not only are we ready to go back, our kids are already asking for another vacation there!! Highly recommend!

Greg’s home is spacious yet cozy, a true home away from home. Gorgeous kitchen and living areas, comfy bedrooms, and lovely property, and just minutes away from beautiful Mirror Lake and the town - our family of four had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The photos do not accurately capture how pretty this place is. The home is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the screened in porch is lovely! We had a wonderful time on Loon Lake and especially enjoyed the canoe and kayaks. There are no homes directly across the lake, and there is a lot of greenery on either side of the home. So the place feels very private. We had a minor issue during our stay, but Mary communicates efficiently and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. We would definitely consider booking this place again!

Great communication, flexibility, and responsiveness. Had a small plumbing issue and was resolved within an hour. The house was as described.

Mary is absolutely amazing! We had a last-minute booking and ended up arriving super late at midnight, but she still came all the way from NJ just to welcome us and show us around the house. It made for such a special experience! We really enjoyed our time there—the lake and mountain view were gorgeous, the neighborhood was so peaceful, and we loved having a fire pit by the lake. Plus, being able to kayak and canoe was just what we were looking for! Every craft in the home is handmade and has its own special story, which we found really fascinating. Exploring all the collections and photos was a treat! The home has such a rich history. We can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay here. The check in and out times were flexible which really maximized the time we had on our vacation. The location couldn’t have been better, town is just a few minute walk away! The amenities were also great, my family and I enjoyed taking out the kayaks. Overall great rental and could recommend.

Nicest bnb we have stayed at in placid! We had the grounds to ourselves and enjoyed sitting by the lake the first night before it rained the rest of the weekend. The place was cozy and the fireplace was nice for the rainy days. I appreciated the snacks and drinks in the room too!
