Monthly Rentals in Franconia

My wife and I spent our ski vacation at the cottage. There was plenty of room for the two of us. The cottage is surrounded by trees and in a nice, private spot on the property. One morning we had deer greet us as we stepped out onto the porch. We had a great time staying at the cottage and in the Sugar Hill area.

The backside of the house has a great view of hills, foliage and sunset. Therefore, one can enjoy the view from the porch, the kitchen, the living room, or the two bedrooms upstairs. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. With three bedrooms upstairs the house can accommodate 6 people very comfortably, and up to 8 people with the additional bunkers beds in the basement. Our group spent a long weekend there and had a great time! We all agreed that it offered very good value for the price we paid! By the way, the house manager, Anthony, has been very communicative and helpful.

David’s house was the perfect home base for our white mountain stay! The house was gorgeous and secluded, yet close to so much. Such a comfortable house, and loved the crib for my daughter ☺️gorgeous views and well equipped. Loved the complimentary bottle of wine too! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

An absolute gem of a place. I want to "gatekeep" this place all for myself but I know how special it is to me and hope others get to experience that as well! Comfortable, cozy, private, quiet - all the words you'd want to hear when looking for a place to stay in the White Mountains. If you're an avid hiker, this is such a great base camp to an almost endless amount of hikes / mountains. If not, you're so close to Lincoln, Woodstock and even a drive to Jackson / Conway - all amazing areas with plenty to see and do. As we're in an early shoulder season, we didn't get to enjoy sitting outside as much as we'd like but rest assured when the weather is right, you'll have everything you need for comfortable relaxation outside from the chairs, tables and firepit to being able to have room to stretch out, enjoy nature.
