Great house. Host was responsive and helpful. House is very close to the mountain. We had 10 people in the house and there was plenty of room. Overall great stay.

Me and my family had an awesome stay. The house was great with lots of space and places to sleep. We were 8 ppl and there was more than enough room. Garage/game room was awesome I just wish it was insulated with some heat we had to wear our coats to be comfortable, of course the weather was 26F so it was expected. The rest of the house was warm and cozy. I would love to rent this same house in the summer it must be amazing with the view of the lake. One more thing is although there are 2 bathrooms its more like 1 because the second bathroom upstairs has a little door that leads to the room with the 4 beds so the other people not staying in that room didn’t use that bathroom to not get walked in on unexpectedly. Overall I still gave this place 5 stars and it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed and the host is very responsive and accommodating.

Had a great stay for our Waterville ski weekend. Jacob was very welcoming and responsive. Location very convenient to the mountain. Comfy family room to relax in after a day on the slopes with the gas fireplace!

Clean, spacious, and as advertised. Good value and would stay here again.

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

Had a quick weekend getaway at Keith's place. Everything was perfect. Easy check in and great communication.

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

What a wonderful stay my friends and I had for our annual ski trip to Sunday River! A perfect location that was calm and relaxing with plenty of space for four people! The sauna was an amazing amenity as well!!

We were a group of 9, 3 couples and 3 babies under the age of 2. Molly’s place was great for all of us to space out and the backyard scenery was gorgeous. The home was stocked with everything you could ask for in a kitchen and more. Would definitely consider staying here again if we make another trip up here!

We had a great stay at the house. Chris and Nadine were very responsive and helpful with information. The house is so comfortable in terms of layout and has everything you need. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and relaxing at the end of the day. Would highly recommend this home if you are staying in the area.

I went with my friends and it was fantastic! The surrounding area as beautiful and the added amenities really made the stay special for us.

This was our second stay at the fun house, and we were reminded very quickly why we fell in love with it the first time. It truly feels like home while also nestled just steps away from the mountains. We had everything we needed for a family reunion to be full of love laughter and food. We really enjoyed our stay here! Host was incredible — when we couldn’t find some of the cooking appliances we needed, they got them delivered so we could use them :) Also generally very responsive and helpful! The house itself is really nice and cozy and the area has lots of things to do as well (especially if you like nature). Highly recommend!

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

Stayed at Kathy’s place for a long weekend to visit family. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. The trails were great for hiking & the hammock was a nice relaxing touch. Very quiet neighborhood, perfect place for a peaceful getaway.

The place is clearly well taken care of with attention to detail. This would be a great place any time of year. Miriam and the home were very accommodating. I would return to this location with great peace of mind.

Lisa’s place is lovely! We were a party of 5 visiting the area to mountain bike. Easy access to Kingdom Trails and 6-7 minutes to downtown. The sleeping arrangement description isslightly off; it’s 1 king, 1 queen, a double and 2 twins. This may be important for couples.

let me start out by saying this house is exactly as described and depicted on the website. plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 bigger kids. enough seating space, kitchen utensils, linens, towels. the game room was a big hit for the old and young boys. the moms lived the warm, cozy sunroof. the house has great windows with lots of light. it was spotlessly clean. a snowplow took care of the storm..plowing and shoveling several times..Judith was easy to work with. instructions , as well as things to do, were available in a binder. we had a great week and all hope to come back here.

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

Staying at this beautiful house is as comfortable as being home. Plenty big for a long weekend with the whole family and conveniently located to Owl’s Nest if ever attending an event there. Sharon is very responsive, friendly and accommodating!

We had such a nice stay at the Irish Chalet! The place is even nicer than the pictures. There’s so much space to relax, and our large group really enjoyed ourselves. Also very grateful that it is dog friendly. We will definitely be back!
