Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

upon arrival at the spacious free parking lot, you can use the private entrance through the hallway to your room, which is tastefully decorated. On the other side of the hallway is the bathroom with shower and toilet. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the entire stay.
