This beautiful mid-century house was designed and built by my father. My husband’s parents, Amy and Bob, bought it from my parents’ estate and renovated it. It is filled with light, books and original art. Being inside feels like being outside. It is furnished much as it was when my in-laws moved out, with many of Amy’s paintings. It is not a new or fancy house, but it is authentic and quite a splendid example of mid-century architecture! I hope that you love it as much as I love to share it!

Accessibility: This is a 2 story home. All 3 bedrooms and both full baths are located upstairs. The half bath (no shower) and sleeper sofa are located on the main floor.

Enjoy the cottage feel of this recently renovated (new cabinets, flooring, appliances) and charmingly decorated home, located in close proximity to local attractions! Our 650 square foot cottage is ideal for 1 - 4 guests.

My home is located in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood on the northeast side of town close to parks, trails, the Eel River and the 4-H fairgrounds which is just around the corner. VIBRANT EVENT CENTER 1.9 miles away. It takes only a few minutes to get anywhere you want to go in Logansport from this location. If clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing quarters is what you desire during your stay with easy access to anywhere in Logansport, than this is it.

The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends. This house is located just down the road from the town park and walking distance to the riverside rentals. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.

This house is on a well but there are filters and softeners in place.

We are located within driving distance of Indiana State Parks, Fish and Wildlife Areas, Indiana Beach, and so much more! There is no electric vehicle charging station at our property.
