Approximately 65 Swedish families settled in this community, became to be know as the "Swede Hills". We just received the Hoosier Homestead Award from Indiana celebrating the Sesquicentennial Award. Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at Karen’s. She’s an amazing host, and her home is beautiful. I love the fact that it was really family friendly my kids had things to do. We played games, colored, cooked, watched movies,etc. the view of the lake is amazing its was so peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be back to stay!

An amazing place to stay for our group’s senior trip. The view and surrounding area was peaceful yet vibrant. The AirBnB was beautiful, having several useful amenities plus being very clean upon our stay. Jamie is an amazing host and was very responsive to our needs!
