Vacation rentals with a pool in Framura

A beautiful home with the best airbnb kitchen we've experienced. The outside space is fantastic with a wonderful garden full of stunning plants and useful herbs. We were given some fresh lemons which really took the G&Ts up a level!! Garage is perfect for a car but everywhere is walkable. FULLY recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Rapallo.

My family and I (5 adults and 1 teenager) had the most wonderful stay at Maria Teresa’s place. Her home is very beautiful and welcoming, there was more than enough space for the family to feel comfortable. This area of Emilia-Romagna is very unique and incredibly peaceful. We felt a strong connection to nature, to the agricultural traditions, and to the history of the region. There were so many surprises to learn about and discover in our short stay! Maria Teresa is truly a “super host”. With an abundance of grace and hospitality, she made our visit an unforgettable experience. Maria answered all of our questions (from restaurants to history) with enthusiasm and patience. Our family felt very cared for during our stay. We were sad to leave! For anyone planning a visit; our family rented cars from the airport in Bologna which was a piece of “torta”. Monte Fuso is great for hiking. Visit the caseificio. We were sorry to miss the pool. Our stay was a hidden gem.

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Millin rundum wohlgefühlt! Das Haus ist sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Loredana war äußerst freundlich, jederzeit gut erreichbar und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Die Villa liegt traumhaft schön mitten in der Natur – ein perfekter Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Das Anwesen verteilt sich auf drei Ebenen: Unten das Haus mit mehreren gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, in der mittleren Ebene eine Hollywood-Schaukel mit beeindruckendem Blick ins Tal, und oben der Poolbereich mit Liegeflächen und einem fantastischen Panorama auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Zufahrt ist zwar etwas abenteuerlich, aber gut machbar – und die Lage entschädigt dafür allemal. Uns hat wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen, wir haben nichts vermisst und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Am Wochenende hört man gelegentlich Motorräder von der Straße im Tal – unter der Woche und nachts ist es jedoch wunderbar ruhig. Insgesamt eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück mit toller Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit zu grillen. Im Haus alles neu und sehr sauber! Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und der Weg zur Villa ist mit dem Auto und dank der super Anfahrtsbeschreibung kein Problem. Rapallo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziger negativer Punkt für uns war, dass man die Autobahn hört (innen zum Schlafen kein Problem.) Sonst alles perfekt!

Alles wie beschrieben, schön sauber, bequeme Betten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fabrizia ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Man fühlt sich wohl im Haus, und hat von den Schlafzimmern aus eine wunderschöne Aussicht! Der Garten ist phantastisch, vor allem um gemütlich zu kochen und die Abende zu genießen. Vielen Dank!

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

La casa di Casper è un gioiello immerso nella natura. Perfetta per rilassarsi, godersi il panorama sul golfo, fare un tuffo in piscina o semplicemente vivere il giardino. La cucina è fornita di elettrodomestici, il frigo ha funzione ghiaccio e acqua per cui non avrete bisogno di comprarla. Le stanze e i bagni sono spaziosi e puliti. I letti comodi. Casper e Joke hanno risposto sempre velocemente per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

Très joli appartement à Rapallo. Au calme, avec un joli balcon très agréable, surtout quand il fait très chaud 🤗 Tamara est efficace et notre arrivée s’est parfaitement bien passée. Bref, nous avons eu un super séjour

A great apartment in fab location. Carla was extremely helpful and responsive. Loved enjoying coffee and wine on the balcony. Pool opening times need to observed, they depend on the time of the year. Convenient parking. A lovely stay, would happily return.

Per chi cerca un alloggio tranquillo e completo di tutto l’appartamento di Rita è super consigliato. Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti senza mai udire schiamazzi o rumori molesti. Ottimo il terrazzo con vista sulla piscina utilizzato più volte per cenare in piena tranquillità.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’environnement est magnifique et on nous a proposé la suite qui était libre au lieu de l’appartement initialement prévu . Très bien équipée et accès direct à la piscine. Au calme et sans vis à vis avec une vue incroyable . Nous recommandons fortement.

Divide & Laura we superb hosts. They responded promptly to all messages and requests. Laura was really friendly, she met us at the property and explained everything. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, whilst its small they have used the space in a really clever way and there is everything you need, The pool looked lovely but we didn’t use it, The views are fantastic and once you have parked your car everything is in walking distance, we loved our stay and will be back. Wir hatten wirklich einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns gleich einen ganzen Plan aufgezeichnet, für Unternehmungen und Geheimtipps. Die Küche ist wirklich TOP ausgestattet. Einziges kleines Manko, die Matratzen sind leider sehr durchgelegen und man sollte viel lüften, da es im unteren Zimmer durch die Dusche sehr feucht ist. Dennoch ist diese Unterkunft SEHR zu empfehlen !! Es war toll

A wonderful place. The most amazing location. Great communication with the housekeeper that made us feel really safe. It was a good introduction when we came, and the housekeeper took good time to show us everything. Great standard on the furnitures. Overall very clean when we came. Amazing local restaurants with the most service minded chefs and employees.

La Casina del Sole è un alloggio accogliente situato in una zona tranquilla immersa nella natura ma, al contempo, a due passi dal mare e dal centro di Camaiore. Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni qui con il nostro bimbo di 18 mesi ed abbiamo usufruito dei molteplici servizi offerti, come le biciclette, con le quali abbiamo visitato Viareggio e Marina di Pietrasanta. Nilo e sua moglie sono molto gentili e disponibili. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

This house is located on a very peaceful place between the mountains of Seravezza. The house is very clean. The pool is nice and the jacuzzi is ideal.

War mit meinen 3 Freunden dort und es hat alles unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen! Der Private Pool und die geteilte Sauna und Whirlepool waren perfekt und gemütlich! Auch der Esel Tristan hat uns nicht gestört im Gegenteil, er hat sich eher immer gefreut einen zu sehen und hat und auch begrüßt! Wir haben für 4 Personen für 6 Nächte 13,30€ extra für Gas und Wasser bezahlt was super war! Die Anfahrt war sehr kurvig und mit längeren Autos eine machbare Herausforderung, SUV und Kleinwägen sollten kein Problem haben :)
