Family-friendly vacation rentals in Framura

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home. Never stayed in a castle before...and it was awesome! It is full of history and charm, with a family feel. We spent a good amount of time out on the stone deck enjoying wine and the great views. We also enjoyed simply walking around the inside and looking at the old paintings and decorations. It is great when an Airbnb goes beyond being just a place to sleep and instead becomes a big part of the overall travel experience. The castle is modernized in the important ways, but the host does go out of his way to portray it accurately in the full description. Also, it is a bit outside of town and so it may be best to have a vehicle during your visit. The host was extremely responsive when I had a couple of questions, and the arrival/check in process was made easy with an in-person meeting when we arrived. We also had an amazing dinner at the restaurant they recommended. Overall, this was an exceptional Airbnb and I would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at Gina's. When I arrived they very kindly picked me up from the station which I was super grateful for. The house was beautiful with traditional interiors. The town is very peaceful and the views from the garden were beautiful! I would reccomend to anyone wanting to get away from a busy city break, perfect for relaxing! Gina was a great host and answered all my questions very quickly and I felt if I needed anything I could happily reach out to her.

Fantastic stay, it felt like being at home! The location was perfect, very central and accessible to sightseeing and restaurants. The host, Angela, was very friendly and super responsive, with great greeting and shared a lot of suggestions. Everything went very smoothly and no issues. Highly recommended :)

Anna's place is spectacular and prob the best Airbnb we've stayed at - the views from the apartment are insane, the rooftop deck is huge and from my vantage point some of the best in all of Cinque Terre, not just Manarola. We ended up liking Manarola the best of all the towns and Anna did a great job communicating with us the entire time. A couple of notes - the first is that there is a way down to the water that doesn't require you going all the way back down Belvedere but using steps that are closer to the apartment. The second is that for a while I couldn't find the AC in the living room, but its in the ceiling right between the bedroom and the bathroom, you might have to walk over to it and point the remote at it to get it to turn on properly!

Great 3-night stay at the end of April with cloudy weather. Villa Lilla has a lot going for it. Well-equipped house, matches the photos, quiet, clean. Nice hosts. The jacuzzi is really nice (including when the sky is cloudy). We switched the heating to winter mode and the radiators worked well immediately. The second bathroom is more of an extra bathroom but the main bathroom is sufficient for 4 people. Parking space included and courtyard closed by a gate. The sound of the bell of the small church is very faint and adds to the charm from my point of view. Ideally located between Portofino and the 5 Terre (we went there by train). I don't know if the short road with hairpin bends can be a problem, we live in the Alps so for us it's not a problem. But that goes with the MAGNIFICENT VIEW. I recommend Villa Lilla.

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

This apartment is located at the Corniglia bus stop - so it’s easy to take the bus up and skip those 377 steps if you want! The apartment has a lovely terrace with beautiful views of the Mediterranean, comfortable furniture, and air conditioner units in every room. The only thing to be aware of is: if you like to shower, that is a bit difficult in the jacuzzi as the ceilings are low (but if you like bathing it’s a cozy tub with a cool sunroof which opens for ventilation)

We loved our stay so much! Beautiful house and surroundings :) Borgo Val Di Taro is also a cute village to visit for ice cream, food and a good playground for our small kids! Thanks a lot for everything! We wish to come back in the future!

Gorgeous, gorgeous home! Wished we stayed longer to really enjoy the outdoor terrace a lot more. Extremely clean and Azzurra was a very gracious host who allowed us to drop off our suitcases when we arrived earlier than the check-in time. Phenomenal views with a gorgeous outdoor area, worth it for the walk through the village. The village itself is also one of the quieter ones out of the 5, so would recommend to stay in to get a more local feel. For those reading, don’t do what we did which was walk up the hill with our suitcases! Azzurra did mention the bus from the station before we arrived and we should have listened! I will highly recommend waiting to take it to reach the village. Will definitely come back again! Thank you Azzurra!

We highly recommend it! 3 of us as friends, we stayed 4 nights in this accommodation and we could have stayed there for a long time! Ideal for a trip with friends, family or couples. The accommodation, although a little rustic and in its original state, is functional and very well-equipped. It consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds). Located in a small village, we were able to park easily and for free near the accommodation. There are also small shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Special mention to the proximity of Levanto by car, which allows access by train to the Cinque Terre. Félice is a very welcoming and responsive host. He gave us some great tips for visiting the area, its beaches and hikes. If we were to come back to the area, we wouldn't hesitate for a second to book this place again.

Excellent accommodation close to everything on foot. The train station is less than 5 minutes away. Ideal for village visits. Fabio took a lot of time to give us tips to discover the area

The Blue Path apartment is set up with three beds and two baths. The kitchen area is sufficient for meal preparation. The unit and linens are clean. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive. The true gem is the outside living space which includes a covered patio with table and chairs as well as beautifully maintained vines and flowers, all of which offer an elevated and wonderful view of the sea and the town of Corniglia. The drive as well as hiking along the blue path were somewhat challenging for our group of four adults in our early 60s but worth this unique experience. There is parking and a small juice bar nearby. We received a welcome visit from a neighbor’s cat. We would highly recommend this property for quiet relaxation, good exercise and connection to the outdoors.

Very friendly and always available hosts who always took care of us. Small wishes such as new towels were fulfilled directly. The house was super nicely decorated with a wonderful view, but you have to walk a little longer to get to the busy part of the city. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you will get your money's worth in this location. We traveled with a small dog and that was also possible without any problems. Hosts were also very happy about the little one and the dog could play in the fenced garden without us having to worry. We felt very comfortable and welcomed and see no reason that would speak against a second visit! :)

Gianluca and Marilena were amazing hosts who have the most amazing apartment located in the beautiful village of Casté. With the view of mountains and the sound of nature surrounding us, we couldn't of asked for a better way to spend our week in Italy. Definitely recommend renting a car as makes it much easier to access and gives you a great option to view other surrounding areas alternatively to Cinque Terre. Brilliant options of walking direct from the property to Riomaggiore and Porto Venere. They also recommended some incredible restaurants to visit. We definitely would love to return here one day.

Our honeymoon stay at Francesca's Monterosso apartment (May 14-17) was perfect! After a 5-year delay, her warmth made it extra special. She let us store luggage early, even waving from her window upon arrival! Francesca was an incredible host: kind, attentive, and living nearby. She gave a super helpful apartment tour, explaining everything from locks to the washing machine, and even provided laundry pods. Her English and prompt Airbnb communication were first-class. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, exactly as pictured. It had an open layout with a well-equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a spectacular view. The washing machine was a huge plus. Cozy, tastefully decorated, and filled with local guides, it was a fantastic base. The location was unbeatable—steps from town. We highly recommend this spot for a delightful Cinque Terre experience! What a fantastic place. Paolo met us at the train station to help us with our luggage and guide us to the apartment. Gave us great recommendations on how to spend our 3 days. Honestly I’m not sure I can imagine a better place in Riomaggiore. The flat is on the top floor with a great terrace that is shaded in the evening looking right down on the cove with a beautiful view of the water. We had happy hour up there every night. Everything was clean and modern. Having 2 levels created a lot of space in the apartment. Would stay there again in a heartbeat if coming back to Riomaggiore.

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was so cosy, stylish, and full of character—it really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the centre and the train station, which made getting around super easy. We especially appreciated all the helpful info provided about things to do in the area. We walked to Portofino one day (such a beautiful experience!) and took the train to Monterosso for a fantastic day trip. Both were highlights of our time here. Everything about the place made our trip extra special—we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Just look out of the window and enjoy the VIEW! Staying at Angelos Penthouse really was a brillant family holiday. Sitting on the terrace, enjoying life with our own private pool for the kids on the roof. Nothing more to say. 😃 Angelo and Tommaso were perfect hosts with some really good tips. We will.come back

This was a midway point on a long journey. It was so nice to wake up and have nothing to do but eat and enjoy the day on the water.

All as described, nice and clean, comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable.

Great stay at Daniela's. The view from the terrace is really amazing. Daniela is super accommodating and recommended good places that she was able to book for us. As in most beachfront homes in the area, the train passes just behind the house which is convenient for visiting the surrounding villages but causes a little noise pollution.
