It is definitely one of the best experiences I have had with my family on the platform. Rebeca is super attentive, kind and flexible, she answers immediately. Mr. Joaquin is an incredible and very helpful person and the house is beautiful, it has everything you need, everything is clean, there is lighting in the pool and garden to have an amazing time even at night. My stay was very pleasant, very private and without noise. Unfortunately, on Monday CFE was doing maintenance and we didn't have electricity for a few hours, but Juan Manuel informed me 5 days before my arrival and made up for that situation, which was beyond his control. I found him friendly and always attentive.

i especially appreciated that the property is on one level and has very spacious spaces, which makes it ideal for people with reduced mobility. my dad felt very comfortable in the house. the pool with hot water is a delight! Eduardo, the host, very kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. we'd like to return real soon!

It is an excellent accommodation, the attention of Mr. Guillermo and his wife was very attentive and helpful at all times. The space is ideal for the people indicated by the accommodation, the amenities it has are excellent, you can combine a day at the pool with an evening of movies. It has a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a good meal, a grill for grilled meat and you can eat inside or outside, as the space is adapted for both. My family and my dog really enjoyed the stay, we will definitely go back.

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is in very good condition and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The pool of easy access, although it was high season we did not find many people. Water temperature keeps it ideal. The kids have a lot of fun. The condominium in general is very safe and has a couple of good restaurants that help a lot if you don't want to go out to eat. Christian was always very attentive from the first contact. It helped us solve a couple of topics, very quickly and always with a very good attitude. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with the family. I would return with no problem.
