The entire subdivision and apartment is as you see it in the photos, the amenities of the subdivision are very nice and in excellent condition. Just to let you know that the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms doesn't work. From there on, everything was perfect!

We had a really nice weekend at Guillermo's house. He was always attentive to our questions and how we were doing; days before he contacted me to answer all my questions and make sure they were ready. The house has a very nice style, it is spacious and is in a super quiet area.

Excellent house, very spacious, we had a great time, the area is quiet, the kitchen is very well equipped, we don't need to bring anything, just the supplies, the garden area, barbecue and pool is a 10. The host Irma is always very attentive and helpful. Thank you, and of course I'll be back!

A big shout out for Rosy, she was always available, super friendly and making us feeling like home. The place is great, big enough, nice backyard, nice pool, quiet. It was simply perfect. I liked a lot the check in timing that it’s a 12pm and the flexibility for the check out that it’s at 2pm and Rossy offered us to stay until 3pm. Wish you all the best guys and we will come back !

It is a beautiful house to spend as a family, it is large, well cared for, clean, super equipped kitchen, with many amenities to do and Tony super friendly and helpful. We had a great time, Mr. Francisco was very attentive and always available. Clean and pleasant facilities. The furniture is a bit worn from regular use but it's functional. We'd definitely come back.

Everything was wonderful, communication from the beginning to the last moment was clear, precise and immediate. The kind and friendly treatment. They welcomed us before check-in time, and the people who welcomed us were always kind, respectful and helpful at all times. Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment so you can see your children. Everything was great, I would definitely choose it again.

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in Cuernavaca. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Showers had hot water throughout and great water pressure. Building staff were friendly and professional. Michele was super communicative during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
