It's a nice place, it's a very nice and quiet area. In general, everything was fine, the pool heating was fine. Just the detail that there were a lot of flies, but apart from that it's a nice house.

After our visit this weekend, I must first and foremost thank you for the attention you gave us for this accommodation. Sandra was always attentive to the messages, recommendations and situations that we asked her about. The house is just as it appears in the images, and is really a great house. The number of beds was perfect for the number of people who visited it (19), each room with its own bathroom and in general very much in keeping with the size. The garden is spacious, the pool has an adequate capacity (recommendation if you ask for the boiler haha). The only details that we found as an improvement would be a little maintenance in general and I also think that the kitchen or kitchenette is very small, the refrigerators are small and do not fully freeze. Overall a great stay, and a very cozy house.

An excellent option to go with the family, very nice and well maintained, lots of amenities for children and everything is excellently maintained. Impeccable cleanliness, not a single animal in the rooms incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. The pool and heating were excellent, it was always warm. They were always attentive to my questions and the pet we brought also had an amazing time. We'll be happy to return, it's a great private paradise.

Our stay in this house was good, Although we were a large family of about 40 people and the recommended capacity was 20, Yaxx saw the way to accommodate us and that we felt the most comfortable. The house is spacious, well equipped and perfect to enjoy as a group. In addition, the staff that welcomed us during our stay was always friendly and attentive. Generally speaking, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it.

The grounds and scenery were absolutely stunning and we spent most of our weekend here hanging out by the pool and taking in the views! Diana was a super responsive host, and Nacho was super helpful with questions about the house and getting around town. Book this place, you will not regret it!!!

The house was just like the photos, it's 10 minutes from downtown but it has a good location because it's in a good area to rest from the noise, there are a lot of insects but well that doesn't depend on them, I would only recommend putting some beds and a pay system on the TV because we couldn't get any channels with the antenna :( , the beds, the bathroom and all the spaces in general are very good, the house is very nice!

A very quiet and pleasant place, ideal to relax, the views are impressive and the access if you go by car is very good. Carlos, Julia's husband, treated us in an excellent way, I feel that the photos do not do justice to the place since the place is more beautiful than in photos, it maintains the rustic atmosphere of Tepoztlán.

My stay at this place was pleasant. From the moment we arrived, the hosts were very attentive and gave us a warm welcome, explaining everything we needed to know about the house and the area. The property is spotless, clean, modern and very well appointed. Everything was just as described in the listing, and it even exceeded our expectations. The location is also perfect, quiet and at the same time close to the main points of interest. We really enjoyed the terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable, which allowed us to rest. Mr. Miguel was attentive at all times and answered all the questions we had. The cabin is in a quiet area and has privacy. Right next door is a well-stocked shop where you can get firewood for the campfire for $100. The only thing is that the shower has a trick to use and the hot water does not last long, so you must take express baths (5 minutes). Maybe we did not know how to turn on the boiler or if it had a fault Everything else was fine, it's a cozy place, ideal for resting from the noise of the city.

We really liked the place, it was private even though there were more cabins around. Upon arrival, everything was very clean, the utensils in the kitchen were sufficient to prepare what we brought. I recommend going prepared materially and mentally for the bugs (repellent and awareness that there will be several, especially at night). We would always appreciate it if you could arrive at this type of place as early as possible (1:30 or 2 in the afternoon) and dry firewood for the campfire; Alonso was very attentive to my questions. I highly recommend this place.
