Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. WALK EVERYWHERE! Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs apartment is about a 10 min walk to the beach and Main St. downtown HB and the pier! We are also across the street from a park with basketball hoops and a nice kids area. This is a private apartment on the back of our property with its own locked gated entrance from the alley behind our home with a dedicated off street parking spot.
